Prices are not lowest
We got tickets for a show and I thought it was the guaranteed lowest price. However, the price guarantee is only within 24 hours of booking. We ended up over paying around $40. Not happy.

A bit miss leading
I really enjoy buying tickets for shows and activities in Las Vegas! I’ve been noticing on the app that the prices are often great and sometimes even better than other sites. However, after booking and seeing it say fees are included, I ended up getting charged an additional $60 as a service fee. It’s a bit misleading to see it listed as included but then charged separately at checkout. I would appreciate it if all prices were shown in the total bill at checkout, not just on the payment page, so it would reflect the true amount.

The app was simple but the hidden fees for service fees and live entertainment tax is deceiving.

I always like to leave a little room for improvement. Overall an excellent site that has always treated me well. Refunds have been prompt without stupid fees. I always check with venue booking to make sure but have never been let down on this site and prices are always competitive. Thanks for the good service folks!
