Terrible app
App is outdated, slow, freezes and takes forever to load. Not sure why the app is archaic when other banks have better running apps with more features than velocity offers. There’s no way to lock your card if it’s gets lost, you just have to call and cancel and replace it. No overdraft protection. Thinking of finally leaving velocity.

My funds are always deposited on the weekend if the first of the month starts on a Sunday
Do not bank with velocity
The mobile check deposit doesn’t work, the employees are incompetent and rude, can’t get simple things right.

Love the credit union
I’ve been with Florida federal credit union oh I forgot Velocity credit Union for many years now and I’m happy with the way they are handling my money and giving me the service when I need it. I’m sitting here trying to figure out how many or what year I started at Pratt Whitney there in Florida. That is the time I started with the credit union. Right there at Pratts plant site. The credit Union helped me out in the beginning when I needed a loan and other things.
There is nothing bad I could say about the credit union except it changed its name to velocity
But I’m ok with that because the same people are working there mostly and they are always out to help there customers ( I know there’s a better word for that but can’t think of it right now)
To my credit union and the people that work there Thank You for all you have done for me and others I been with you I believe for 34 years now

Recent updates to BillPay interface are a huge improvement to usability Calendar now scales to properly display your on my phone and the amount entry is streamlined to use numeric keypad and no longer requires decimal character to be manually typed.

Okay first of all this app is really good! It has really good quality. I love how you can see the total amounts you have spent in your accounts, and I love how you can click your checking or savings account and see exactly what you have spent. Like it tells you the time, place, and price which I love about it.
All is awesome until you get a credit card. I don’t know what about a credit card makes it different... it tells you the total amount you have spent, but it does not let you see where you have spent the money. You can’t access this information until you get online on a computer and then it gives you a place to look at the information. Obviously if your just wanting to quickly check when and where you have spent your money on your credit card I that’s not a convenient way.
I would absolutely love to see an update on this section of the app!!

Does not work
I have an account with velocity and use the online banking all the time. Some reason the app never allows me to sign in, all I want to do is deposit my checks through my phone!
Excellent Service
Manager Ms. Kyra and associates at Jupiter branch are always friendly and helpful and patient as sometimes I can be needed but they never waiver, only kind and professional.

Needs Work
This app does NOT WORK 90% of the time I try to use it.
I use the widget every day, and like the ap
It normally works very well for me, only a few times had a “system error-cannot login at this time” pop up when I needed to use the ap, but compared with the last several months to a year (sorry whenever the ap was made, I do not recall) of smooth use, 5 stars.
Not so happy
Not loving the new app. I can Never login, I mean never! Changed PW via mobile and it took me 15 minutes and 3 attempts. They text you with a temp PW, my phone sat there for 2-3 min. Then didn't recognize me. Had to do it 2 more times. What a pain... loved the old feature when you only insert the 4 digits and the user name was stored, you were logged in....this app has more features but sometime more is not good!
