Unreliable
This app is very unreliable, the system is often down for weeks at a time, forcing you to phone the IVR system.
Since the whole point of the app is to be an easier to use alternative to the IVR system this defeats the purpose of the app.

Excremental garbage
The phone system is just awful. I have to use it so often that I get wrathfully angry. It gives you 2 seconds (literally) to make a response or it shuts you out.
The app doesn’t recognize half of the work order numbers thus making me use their garbage phone system.
