Device does not appear in phone WiFi settings
A waste of time
The app provides wrong information on how to log in. It does not function to allow users to connect a “Connect” device to wi-Fi. A worthless tool unless you are seeking a way to waste your time and get a headache. It should be rated “0”!

Die App ist einfach unbrauchbar. Ich benutze zwei Geräte und keines ist steuerbar. Heute würde ich keine Venta-Geräte mehr kaufen. Schade ums Geld und lieber die Finger davon lassen.

Hotspot, keine Passwort Eingabe möglich
Ich habe hier zwei kleine Venta 515, bei dem einen ging die Wlan Verbindung vor paar Jahren wenigstens, aber hakelig vor paar Jahren.
Bei dem aktuellen 515, heißt der Hotspot Smart Life, es kommt überhaupt kein Hinweis für ein Hotspot Passwort, somit lässt sich die App, nicht mit dem Gerät verbinden. Lt. App store gab’s das letzte Update hier vor drei Jahren. Null Sterne wären hier angebracht, für meine verschwendete Zeit. Das ist Made in germany im Jahr 2025.

Not working
I just got a wifi humidifier (LW74) 3 days ago and it’s supposed to be controlled by this app but it’s been 3 days this app had never worked .
When I click on “register for new account” a window opens and closes immediately leaving me with no other options…
No info on status or anything … really not a good sign for a company like that

App funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht… beim Versuch sich anzumelden/ Konto zu erstellen öffnet sich ein Fenster welches sofort wieder schließt ohne dass man irgendwas machen kann…

Nu îți mai permite să te loghezi în cont. Se tot resetează și blochează. Păcat că la un brand așa mare și scump să nu aveți și aplicație pe măsură.

Super, vor einer Woche funktionierte es noch. Jetzt ist gleich mein Konto gelöscht und ich habe keinen Zugriff mehr. Diese App ist keine Erleichterung, im Gegenteil, man ist immer damit beschäftigt irgendwelche Fehlfunktionen zu beseitigen.

I own 3 Venta devices, one of which I can not add to the app. It has not been updated for the past two years. This is very unfortunate

Написано что можно менять лед-подсветку, но чтобы я ни делал, ничего не меняется. Включая ночной режим в приложении лед-подстветка не выключается. Причем не совсем понятно что это за приложение. То приложение которое указано кюар-кодом в книжке не загружается, пишет что для Росси не доступно к скачиванию. А это кривое

Keine WLAN Verbindung möglich
Da man das Gerät nicht manuell ins Netzwerk einbinden kann, musste erst mühselig Tracking, Standortdaten und WLAN Einstellungen geändert werden. Sicherheitstechnische ein Albtraum. Dann will er das WLAN Passwort. Nun ja. Lieber hätte ich ein Gastnetz genutzt. Aber das WLAN Passwort akzeptiert er nicht (via Copyright & Paste) vermutlich weil zu lang.
Damit kann ich das Gerät zurückschicken. Toll.

Lack of main functionality
I purchased and launched the LW73 with WiFi module. The application works but its usability is practically nonexistent. The key here is the inability to set the time of mode change. You have to repetitively change the settings. There is also, unfortunately, no support for home automation like HomeKit.

Sehr sehr überschaubar… wieso nicht 1:1 die Anzeige und Push mit Wasser leer etc. wäre top. Mal die Air+ von Phillips anschauen. Die ist klasse
Totaler Witz. WLAN Verbindung nicht möglich
Ich nutze einen Luftwäscher von Venta. Leider lässt sich dieser nicht mit dieser App verbinden. Die meisten Buttons sind immer grau. Ein Update der Software gibt es anscheinend nicht mehr. Die Software ist total verbeugt.

Einrichtung vom AH510 nicht möglich, Verbindung mit dem Hotspot des Gerätes wird zwar hergestellt, aber offenbar klappt die Übertragung der Zugangsdaten meines lokalen WLAN nicht. Kann die App daher gar nicht benutzen. Hätte mir auch ein günstigeres Gerät ohne den App Murks kaufen können
App gives incorrect information
Why does this app always say my room is at 47.5% humidity? It never moves. I came into the room where my AW902 Professional Humidifier is today and the app showed 47.5% and the reading on the humidifier (which was the correct reading) was 63%. What good is this app if I cannot trust the readings? How do I fix this? I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
