Not accurate
The ride constantly admonished me to stay off the sidewalk when not a single second in 20 minutes was spent on sidewalk. Government bribery for sure.

Veos in newark are horrible. Never work. Never enough around and they go slow for a reason to charge you more per minute. If tou live in newark especially more on the north side avoid at all cost. You will be wasting your time and money.
A truly innovative and novel service
Veo is one of the best rideshare services out there. Sometimes the walking navigation to finding one can be a little bit off, but other than that, it’s terrific.

Didn't warn me about parking
Took extra money and time from me to actually find a parking area. Maybe warn me first.
Horrible customer service
I have the commuter plan so I have two 20 minute rides a day but often times I unlock the veo just to find out it’s broken and won’t even move. I’m forced to cancel the ride and get a new one but I’ve I already wasted 1 of 2 rides I have for that day. When you try to get compensation the veo customer support is no help.

Me and my wife really enjoyed it. It was super fun inconvenient setting it up with super easy and quick definitely recommend.

Both bikes I’ve used have been broken, and they have purposely designed the app so you can’t give it a one or two star rating for your ride, you have to manually report the ride to customer support and hope the AI decides in your favor. Here’s the one star you deserve, enjoy!
Can’t end ride!
Absolutely terrible in Denver. It won’t tell you where you can park or not so you spend an extra 15 minutes trying to park as close to you as possible but the meter keeps running. Way worse than lime and I hate how Denver can only use them

You have no choice but to use this if you wish to use any of the rentals. There are no competitors. Proces are kinda high compared to previous apps. I’m deaf and my friend kept telling me that my bike kept talking to me but how do I know that? Every other block seemed like a dead zone, maybe it told me so, how would I know? It wouldnt let me park in several locations, maybe it told me, how would I know? I believe this falls under the same catagory as trying to verbally read a deaf person their rights. I’m glad this is not used in my hometown. Was only forced to use it when traveling and there are no other options but to suck it up and use this. Lucky them. Unlucky us. Well, Not me, unlucky for you locals. I won’t need this anymore after tomorrow. You’ll be stuck using only this. I feel sorry for you. I would like to propose a bet. To anyone who actually likes this, I dare you to try another one and compare. I’ll wait for you to adjust your reviews.

Ruined my night and shoes
I started a ride on a tricycle in an unrideable zone. I was not told I can’t ride it when I initiated the ride. I then was made to walk the tricycle for many blocks to get it to a rideable area because the tricycle would not allow me to end it in an unrideable area. It locked and I pretty much had to drag the bike for a while. I ruined my shoes. Support was not helpful. I got a refund but my night was still ruined and so are my shoes.
