Should not be getting charged
I rode it for five minutes then told I was out of jurisdiction so I turned around parked it. Should not be getting charged for the full 60 minutes.

They overcharged me 100$ because I was 5 feet from an imaginary green circle. Absolute rip off. Never using this company again. If you have to use this app, don’t.

I didn’t know that you couldn’t go in a no bike zone I was stranded it didn’t accept my payment after I had already used the same card to pay for the ride the first time idk if I will ever use this again it was great when I first got on it but after that it was agonizing and this is my first time

ridiculous how when lime was still around you could get a lime with one dollar. now i NEED 10 dollars to take a 2 dollar ride. such a hazard for young teens trying to get around and can be put into dangerous situations with this .
Incompetent app
Imagine being a corporation that won’t accept money. The app won’t take apple pay. Won’t take a credit card. I have “insufficient funds” on a credit card where that is not a thing. Want to prove you’re a resident for a discount? Forget about it. The app won’t let you. Because it’s incompetent. And this is after an update! Do not rely on for your commute because you will not make it.

I would love to see an Apollo without the pedals. So the long long seat but no petals. Another thing would be a basket in the front, and maybe even in the back.
I ride to the grocery store with my daughter sometimes just for fun, and we love the Apollo because of the long seat. We always bring a back pack with us because one basket on a cosmo isn’t enough for the groceries we want to get. Instead we load up a backpack and my daughter wears it while I drive us home. It works, but either a bigger basket or multiple baskets would be awesome.
Regardless we love Veo and are having a blast riding them,
