Keep hoping it will get better
Not very intuitive and doesn’t have resources to help. The web app works well but this seems like an after thought with low effort. The proof is in the numbers
How can this be used for emergencies
I just got an evacuation order with a link to the evacuation map. The link brings you to Veoci log in page with no option to register. Can’t even find it online. Maybe I missed something but pretty garbage to use this for sharing emergency information
Awful
How is it, that in 2025, this app can’t even use GPS to pinpoint my location? Always puts me a state away or at something. Clunky, unreliable, login issues, no geo locate. Awful experience
The update is awesome!
Liking pretty good in the new edition!
Much better
The newest updates make this app great! If you tried it before try it again
Update ruined my entries
Hate the last update!!!!
I took away the ability for me to edit my entrie and update it… Now, I have to create a new entry everytime because the edit button is gone!

Good update
About time they updated this app. Finally decent
Clunky and fails to load
Trying to use this app is burdensome on a phone. Cleared and reloaded twice and still got the message “It’s taking an abnormally long time to initialise the app. Please reload …”
This app changed my life
It rules
An app that makes work harder
I don’t know why people think this app is great, because it’s not. In fact, it’s worse than just using paper in some ways. The UI is clunky and not intuitive, which in a crisis situation isn’t what you want in your software. And it is SLOW AS A SNAIL. Every time you move in the app it has to ‘load’ something, which takes longer and probably uses way more data than if it stored a good portion of the stuff you’ll need on device. Unfortunately my organization was douped by their sales people (or they’re dumb) so I’m stuck using it, but if you have a choice, just find something else for a virtual EOC.

Asks users to download the app…
while using the app. Nuff said!
Huge fail
It’s difficult to slim this down to fit into a review, there’s so much wrong, I’m afraid it’ll be more of a novel. Here are a few, let’s start with the beginning, logging in. The app doesn’t work with the iPhone as far as utilizing the phones ability to store passwords, you’ll have to manually enter your email and password each time. This is a problem for anyone who uses secure passwords. Simple passwords are easy to enter, also crack. Complex passwords, not so easy. This is a royal pain that frustrates me enough to write this review. Moving forward, there are flip flops back and forth from the app and websites, making me worried to click any link. I hate ending up on a non-responsive site that is difficult to navigate on a mobile device. I’m only two items in and I’ve already written far more words than I wanted to. The app is just bad, all kinds of bad.

Latest update causes app to crash continually.
Since the latest update I cannot complete a single work order without the app crashing. This weekend I was in the middle of filling out an inspection checklist when the app crashed and all the time stamped data was lost.
Voice to text has also become quite problematic. While making an entry I can’t get two words out before it cuts me off.
I’m afraid you folks have some revising to do…

We love it
Ed Lipsett here, huge fan, YUGe!
Streamlined EOC
Great tool for moving EOC away from field based ICS and into the EOC centric ESF model. Mobile app feeds real-time SA into the EOC and allows for virtual EOC ops. Custom form and resource ordering workflows work seamlessly between app and web interface. Not perfect, but a step above the competition when it comes to a virtual EOC environment.

Web app?
This doesn’t really seem like an app at all, it is like a badly packaged web app.
Mr
App doesn't load
