VeoSens tracks activity, fitness, heart health, and sleep patterns using bio-signals from your smartwatch. It provides scores for each of these areas to help you understand your overall health status.
By improving your health scores through consistent use of your smartwatch and adopting healthier habits, VeoSens can help you broaden your insurance coverage and potentially earn additional bonuses.
The Activity Score measures your physical activity levels, specifically focusing on intensity minutes. Achieving over 150 or 300 intensity minutes per week can lead to higher scores.
The Fitness Score is determined by your cardiorespiratory fitness, measured by your VO2 max. This is calculated using data from above-moderate exercise detected by your smartwatch, along with your BMI and resting heart rate.
Yes, VeoSens allows you to set health goals, starting with one easy-to-achieve goal at a time. This feature is designed to help you develop healthy habits and feel a sense of accomplishment as you progress.
No, VeoSens does not contain advertisements, offering an ad-free experience for users.
VeoSens is supported on iPhone and iPod devices. It requires a smartwatch to collect the necessary bio-signal data for analysis.
The latest version of VeoSens is 1.2.1, which was last updated on December 24, 2020. Further update frequency information is not available.
