Thanks for the feedback! The AI pronunciation detection isn’t perfect, and we’re actively working on improving cases where correct pronunciation is mistakenly flagged as incorrect. We also appreciate your feedback on the pricing. Verbi includes AI-powered speaking practice and other features that are costly to operate, but we’re always working to make the experience worth the price. Thanks for giving Verbi a try!

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! We completely understand your point. Right now, our grammar and conjugation sections are designed for practice through quizzes rather than formal lessons. We're actively working on dedicated grammar and conjugation courses that will teach the concepts step by step before asking you to practice them. We really appreciate your feedback, it helps us prioritize what to build next!

Hi Bianca, we're sorry to hear that. The app definitely shouldn't force you to repeat the same lessons over and over unless they haven't been marked as completed. We'd love to figure out what's happening. Could you please contact us through Settings → Support in the app or email us with the email linked to your account? We'll take a look and help get it fixed.

Look I would love to try this app out if it has a proper you get to experience the first couple lessons or features before I hand my card over to you. Because words don’t mean anything if I can’t experience it personally.

Thanks for the honest feedback. We completely understand your concern. The main feature of Verbi is AI-powered speaking practice, and every conversation has a significant cost for us to provide. Because of that, we aren't able to offer unlimited free usage. Instead, we offer a free trial so you can experience the full app before deciding whether it's right for you. We also understand that people sometimes forget to cancel a trial. If that happens, we've enabled refunds through Apple for eligible cases, so users aren't left without options. If you decide to give Verbi a try and your experience is different from what you expected, we'd love to hear your thoughts. And if this clears up your concerns, we'd really appreciate it if you'd consider updating or removing your review, it would mean a lot to our small team.

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback! We think there may have been some confusion caused by a recent update to the curriculum. In the latest version, the AI intentionally speaks in English during the first two beginner modules. We received a lot of feedback from new learners that jumping straight into the target language was overwhelming, so we added a gentler introduction. After the second module, the lessons are conducted entirely in the language you're learning. If you'd prefer to start speaking Italian right away, you can also use our Custom Scenarios feature, where you can have conversations with the AI in Italian from the very beginning. We really appreciate your comments about vocabulary and customization as well, those are both areas we're actively improving. Thanks again for giving Verbi a try, and we hope you'll consider trying the latest version!
