Hi! Just to clarify, you don’t have to pay $80 to try Verbi. We offer a 3-day free trial with access to the app, and you won’t be charged if you cancel before it ends. Our AI tutor has a real cost every time it’s used, so we unfortunately can’t offer unlimited access completely free, but we cover that cost during the trial so you can try Verbi before paying.

Not an app to use and apple did what it does best. Taking money away.

We’re sorry about this. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so we cannot approve or deny them ourselves. We enable refunds in cases like accidentally forgetting to cancel a trial, but Apple reviews the customer’s account and refund history and makes the final decision. Unfortunately, we have no control over their decision.

Thanks for the feedback! 🇵🇹 European Portuguese is something we’d love to support in the future. Right now, our Portuguese curriculum focuses primarily on Brazilian Portuguese, but expanding regional options is definitely on our radar. Thanks for using Verbi!

Bonjour ! Il s’agit d’un problème connu causé par de rares hallucinations de l’IA, qui peut parfois utiliser la mauvaise langue. Cela se produit dans moins de 1 % des conversations. Nous avons déjà mis en place un correctif pour empêcher au maximum ce comportement. Merci de nous l’avoir signalé !
