RUN YOUR STADIUM • Sign a tenant club — own a stadium? Let a football club make it their home. They play their matches at your ground and pay you rent every year, and the bigger your ground, the bigger the club that comes knocking. • Kept safe — while a club leases your stadium, it can't be sold out from under them. End the lease first, then it's yours to do with as you please.
