So this app is awesome for checking your schedule. For asking for PTO or even having to schedule sick time at the last minute.
My only dislike is the performance tab. That SHOULD NOT be on this app. Verint is used for schedules! Not your work performance. Jobs have other sites where you can check your performances for the job. So to have the performance tab on here just make stress more present and anxiety more present. Cause for those people who are really worried about their performances, you’ve now made it possible for them to stress more and check this app 50 million times a day if they want. It needs to be removed and it should only be around scheduling.

I love the Verint app with the ability to schedule time off from my phone. My only request for an improvement would be the ability to log in with a fingerprint. Too often, the app does not recognize my face and logs me out. Logging back in repeatedly with a long email and password after not recognizing my face is so frustrating. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars! Please fix!

Horrible, always kicks me out. The app never seems to work, constantly getting a server error. It’s absolutely horrible!!

I used to be able to use the app with no problem I just updated because it would not let me sign in. Now I can’t use the app at all and I have the latest version of iOS

I have no idea how this app has so many good reviews but this app is always down! Like every week it’s an error or it crashes or it slows and it’s not just me, my colleagues can’t get into the app either. Why have an app if it is never going to work?
