Asks for password sometimes
You tried it and it worked. And then the next time you're out in the boonies with no signal guess what? It refuses to work and asks you for a password that you probably didn't take with you.
Needs Location set as “always” for initial configuration.
I understand that the location helps, but you don’t need it set to “always”. It’s ridiculous that an app that I need to access the place I’m renting needs to always know where I am, every single second of every day/night. I’m being generous with two stars. It doesn’t even let you go to the next step if you don’t set it the way they want. I did change the settings afterwards to “only when using the app” but most people don’t know how and get potentially tracked because someone said they have to. Ridiculous and scary, especially when half the people living here have governmental jobs…

Absolutely Drains Phone Battery
Constantly running in the background will destroy the battery life while at work with so many doors using it. It’s constantly looking for doors. Additionally, if you are hanging out or working close to a door 5-8 ft you can hear the lock continuously unlocking and re-locking non stop until you move far enough away and/or turn the app off.

Trash. Update did not do anything to fix issue.
It opens Apple Pay and does not open or register any doors. And you cannot submit any reports for any issues.

Great Product!
It’s been working great for us. As long as you set it up, take the time to dial it in to your liking it does what it’s supposed to. The only issue we’ve had has been with Android users unfortunately. No issues on our end.

Not reliable
My company switched from key fobs to this and people can only get in maybe 60% of the time. We have one door that won’t work at all in the afternoon when the sun hits the door. It’s a good idea but needs work.

Works well when you have your phone. But I don’t always remember to take my phone with me everywhere, especially when I walk up the street to grab a takeout lunch. And every now and then, my phone dies when I’m out. Know what I always do have on me that rarely dies, though? My Apple Watch! Can we please get standalone Watch support? We are currently installing a new system after 16 years using the old one. Having a phone app is amazing. Having this app on my watch would be like Christmas morning.
