Acting up
I been using this app for 3yrs and never had a problem until now when I want to clock in it says that I don’t have data when my phone is connected and does have internet idk but it’s getting worst every day and it’s not clock in or out it’s not even showing..
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
This app is absolutely horrible! I get a text message at least twice a week telling me that I did not clock in when I did! It is very difficult to prove that you did clock in because this is the only system that is used and nothing ever gets resolved. They end up telling me that I cannot be paid for the hours because it was showing that I did not clock in. When I have trouble, I will text them or call them and they tell me the same thing uninstall the app and reinstall the app. I do that at least four times a week and it still does not work like it is supposed to. I really wish they would go to another system.

App is not consistent with clock in/out
This app is a BIG headache sometimes it says you didn’t clock in or out when you actually did! Or sometimes it never clocked out the next day even when you did!

Have been using this app for about 2 years now and I cannot tell you enough that it is extremely inconsistent. It doesn’t always work sometimes it doesn’t submit the clock in / out and I get told I didn’t do it but I 1000% did , to the point to where I verbally started announcing my clock ins and clock outs so that my boss can’t say I never did it because I DID its kid the freaking app . Now for days it’s been telling me I need WiFi …. I have WiFi , I’ve also done EVERYTHING to get it to work including deleting and reinstalling the app but NOPE no luck at all . I keep getting in trouble for the apps mistakes and I’m sick of it . FIX IT PLEASE GUYS ITS NOT FAIR TO YOUR USERS !!

This app has serious issues
Even after the update, still issues. Now it says it’s not connected to a WiFi but yet I’m on WiFi. And it won’t send the clock in/out to Vesta til WiFi comes back up????????? It seems that these jobs agreed to this faulty app only to track us, but yet your time will not add up because of it.

I have been doing my job for over 15 years. And it was ok til this app was allowed to “track” us and our duties. The job has no control over its issues so I’m letting yall know, even after an update it is still not reliable. And this causes payroll issues. Please do better. I’ve had on and off problems with this app since it first came out.

Clocking in 25 minutes ahead
This app has been clocking me in and out 25 minutes ahead of when I actually clock in.

Frustrating
It will work great for a few days then all of a sudden it recognize your location and it won’t let you clock out from the actual location. I’ve to turn phone on/off. Today I had to delete and reload the app. So frustrating!
Vesta nope
After getting another phone this app completely just stopped working correctly. Before it used to remind you your scheduled times, in an out, and time remaining. Now it doesn’t do either. And I have to keep calling my time company to fix and sometimes that doesn’t solve the issue

I have used this app for a year and it has had some glitches Here and there, but nothing major that I have seen.
Update the app for the love of god
Seriously the clock in’s and out’s work half the time, gps function is a joke, system gets buggy. Are y’all hiring for programmers? I can do a better job. If we are being forced to use this instead of token, then make a functional app. Plain and simple.

Language support
There need to be more languages added to this app such as Vietnamese , Chinese , Korean, etc. So far , I’ve only seen two languages: English and Spanish.
Vesta Mobile Clock-In Issue
Is well know that this apps usually fails, The app confirms my clock-in, but later it shows I’m not clocked in. This happens even though it initially says I did and the problem with it is that the paycheck is gonna arrive lower and they can’t do nothing about it, they should fix that. If not give the option of a Token or paper like before

I have to delete the app everyday and reload because it errors out.

I’m tried of this app not clocking me in or out it’s messing with my money I hate this app I wish they get the token IDs Back because this app and cutting it 😡
Verified hours
No problem logging in and out. But it when I view my my visits there are always hours missing or just not showing up. I call and they need to fix and then I get graded low for something I didn’t cause. This app doesn’t allow me to receive my full rate. Please fix.
Fix the clock out issues.
I’d give this app less than 1 star if I could. The consistent clock out issues are too much. When you as the app user try to fix this, it errors you out and forces you to uninstall and reinstall the app.
