Presume de ser una tienda de artículos de lujo, y cuando subes un artículo, el precio de venta sugerido es ridículo. La comisión que cobra además es desorbitada. Una decepción absoluta.
Great website but horrible app.
I usually don’t make app reviews, but this one irritated me so much I felt forced to. The app logs me out of my account on its own every few hours or so, there’s constant lagging and the app rarely even shows the images of the actual items, instead I see the grey V logo. A lot of times I’m not even able to use the search bar or open any listings because of code “408”, which makes no sense on my end, since every time I get that code my internet speed is at 800mbps.
Great website and love what they offer, but their app absolutely sucks!!!!

Constantly trying to force you to lower your pricing. Zero promotion of the products, no videos allowed, just waste of time.
Customer support issue
I ordered a corset 2 months ago. It was sent on shipping, but I never received it. During those two months, I tried to contact the help center multiple times, but my message’s would not send (I had perfectly working network). Now, after that time, it was re-listed on my account without me getting notified. I still can’t reach the customer support, I have not received my order, and I have not been refounded. It’s a disappointment, because I’ve ordered from here multiple times and there was no issue. I hope through my review, someone can reach out to help

This app does not support South Korean addresses.
When selecting the US or European countries in the address search, manual entry is available. However, switching the country to South Korea disables the address input fields, making manual entry impossible. Even addresses that are easily searchable on Google Maps do not show up in this app's address search.
I have sent screenshots of this issue to the chat support agents multiple times, but over the past week, the app has not been fixed, nor has any effort been made to resolve the problem.

Als ervaren horlogeverkoper ben ik diep teleurgesteld in de klantenservice en het beleid van Vestiaire Collective. Onlangs heb ik een prachtig vintage herenhorloge verkocht. Alles was correct omschreven op basis van het specifieke modeltype.
Bij het aanmaken van de advertentie verplicht het platform je om de 'gezichtsomtrek' (een overduidelijk foute vertaling van kastdiameter) in te vullen. Omdat het systeem dit eiste, heb ik daar 100 ingevuld. Ieder weldenkend mens en elke horlogeliefhebber weet dat een horloge geen diameter van 100 cm heeft en dat vintage horloges destijds simpelweg kleiner van stuk waren.
De koper heeft dit puur als flauw excuus gebruikt om de verkoop te annuleren. In plaats van logisch na te denken en de verkoper te beschermen tegen dit soort onzinclaims, kiest de klantenservice van Vestiaire Collective direct en blindelings de kant van de koper. De verkoop is geannuleerd en ik word verplicht de retour te accepteren.
Het platform faciliteert hiermee dat kopers onder een legitieme koop uit kunnen komen door misbruik te maken van slechte softwarevertalingen van Vestiaire Collective zelf. Als verkoper sta je hier volledig in de kou. Dit was de laatste keer dat ik hier een uurwerk heb aangeboden. Geen aanrader voor serieuze verkopers.

The worst. They deleted all my listings. Don’t deactivate - deleted.
It took so long to post type descriptions for them to just deleted. Not a place I’d ever look at selling. The WORST. Tradesey was so much better. I don’t get all the positive reviews, the app is very clunky. And for a seller the worst of them all. Stay away from
HORRIBLE APP — COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT "EXPERTS" & USELESS SUPPORT!
I tried to sell my 100% original Cartier Juste un Clou PM bracelet which i personally bought in official Cartier boutique in Vienna. I uploaded high-res photos, the original boutique invoice, and matching certificate. Yet their so-called “expert curation team” rejected it, claiming “physical inconsistencies”! This is an absolute hilarious joke!!! It is a PM (thin) model and your “experts” clearly don’t even know the difference between Cartier models and their design specifications!
Customer service is completely useless, I feel that I’m not talking to real human even cuz replies are generic copy-pasted. They cannot authenticate genuine boutique items even with full legal paperwork. Save your time and money and stay away from this app! It’s an absolute scam!!!

Unfairly deactivated account
I have had a vestaire account for months and downloaded the app to make my first purchase when my account was deactivated with no warnings or suspensions for no apparent reason. I have contacted support and they keep resending the same impersonal response which answers and resolves nothing. Deeply disappointed by the horrid customer service and I just want my account back to continue shopping

As a seller and fashion activist that has been using the app for a year now, it has been nothing but frustration. Do not use this app to sell your items, it takes a lot of time for you to get paid because either customers collect their packages after a long time or the packages get lost on the mail. This app is not good for the sellers.
