Helpful app
I almost didn’t install VetScene after reading reviews, but I trust my vet so took the chance. It’s working well for me, a great way to see all of my pets’ medical and appt info in one place. I love being able to upload their photos, such a cute and personal touch. My experience with the VetScene app has been positive.

Terrible app
This app is incredibly cumbersome. Trying to create an account. It can’t find my account. I can’t type in the password fields. It won’t connect to my Apple password app to access the password I did create. Looking like they had not been an update to the app in 5 years! I mean come on, why would vet clinics even use this thing?

Nearly Non-Functional
This app has caused me so much frustration while trying to operate. The login screen initiates the frustration: not only do the fields for entering username and password fail to recognize taps (they’re calibrated incorrectly) and require long presses multiple times to give you cursor access to the fields, they don’t automatically pull up Password Autofill options. Once you finally manage to login, app redirects while moving through menus easily become lost— the app gets confused and errors out. It takes ages to load basic information, I cannot submit medication refill requests, and even basic scrolling makes vital menus disappear. This app hasn’t even updated in multiple years.

What’s The Point?
Other than seeing your name, address and your pet’s name, there is no other information available except any medications your pet may have taken. I was hoping to see past visits, make appointments, etc. Honestly, not worth downloading.
Terrible app
I don’t know anything about website design but obviously the person that created this app was in the same boat. The links and buttons do not work properly and there is always a delay if a button does redirect from one page to another. I prefer calling the vet and doing business in person rather than using this app.
