No option to record
This app seems to record me even when I’m a passenger in another vehicle or using a vehicle that’s not relevant to my Veygo insurance, I’m having to delete the app after every drive then redownload it every time I drive the vehicle related to my Veygo insurance - this needs to be looked at by the developers to ensure false recordings don’t take place

It’s an ok app but it’s told me I’ve had a screen distraction when I haven’t, and it doesn’t account for other drivers on the road making you break suddenly. For example, a car pulled out in front of me causing me to break sharply, but this was counted against my score despite the fact I had no choice but to break sharply or risk a head on collision , which is simply unfair

The app keeps marking me down for distractions when I never touch my phone while driving.
As good as it gets for black boxes
A pretty brilliant little app - easy to navigate and understand your driving data, how it impacts your score and how to make sure everything is accurate and up to date. The app tracks all driving, whether you’re in your car or not, as it doesn’t correspond with a physical sensor/box. This means that you have to keep on top of marking down drives as a passenger to avoid any scores that aren’t your own (or in my case a bike ride along a Caribbean mountain that got me zero stars). That being said, this is a far better option than a physical sensor/black box that feels as if your under constant surveillance and can provide some wild discrepancies and will try to monitor every little aspect of your driving that should have no place in determining insurance rates. Speeding, braking and phone distractions are a reasonable measurement of good driving and so I’ve been more than happy with my experience so far. I’ve also already seen a considerable monthly cost reduction for good driving which isn’t guaranteed with other insurers - would highly recommend!
