Unnecessary text messages
The only thing that I don’t like about this, is that you keep sending texts claiming that my trips are not recorded despite all my trips are recorded on the app and no trips are missed so I am not sure why I keep getting these text messages
Not logging in
The app wouldn’t let you login despite you have account created and would say there is no acc associated with your email or number.
Please god don’t go with this
If you drive where there are roundabouts, you will get a hard cornering notice. If you brake like a reasonable person, you will get a hard braking notice. If you want to communicate with them about the issues regarding the app, you cannot use the WhatsApp option and have to phone, which is terrible for people with anxiety. All in all, I would absolutely never recommend this insurance to anyone, ever.

Great app easy to use really good price haven’t had any issues
Hard braking
As an experienced driver over 25 years I find the app is too sensitive when driving on country lanes and meeting speeding cars coming in the opposite direction or protected animals such as Hares running in the road. Could some adjustments be made to the box to compensate for young drivers that are getting penalised for this ?
