Clunky And no English version

It's difficult to navigate if you are not totally fluent in Portuguese. I'm getting there, but I still can't really navigate it. Moreover., when it's not working, it's hard to know what's going on.

App nada recomendable

Llevamos horas intentando acceder a la app. Nos han cobrado 6€ y una vez pagados no podemos terminar el proceso para abonar el aparcamiento. Te cobran los 6€ pero llevamos horas en procesamiento. Un timo, vaya.

Does not work

It wouldn’t give me the option to sign up. I managed to go on their website to try to sign up, only to find out I couldn’t go ahead without an NIF. I didn’t even know what that was. I just wanted to pay for my parking. Why does there have to be so much red tape just to pay for parking? I found another app, which I signed up to without a fuss, and managed to pay for my parking in no time.
