Subscription Surprise
Now if you want to see what alerted your camera, you have to subscribe. It only shows a still image of the beginning. Disgusting business practice.

I’ve owned these cameras for about 4 years only to discover they now require a subscription to allow you to view a recorded event. This is new and possesses a liability risk if I need to access a video that captured an event in my house. Filing an FTC complaint. So disappointing.
No Value
I’ve had 2 VicoHome cameras for a long time now. I tried the subscription and it wasn’t worth it. The night view is clear. I’ve had some fun with these. However they’ve always been limited. Can’t get more than 20seconds recorded motion on the free version but eh, not a huge deal. Just trying to watch my cats after all. Pretty recently they made ads pop up Everytime you open the app, STUPID. Then they decreased how many days you can refer back to. OK. Not a huge deal. Now….. can’t watch a single video without a subscription. No thanks! I’m about to give this review on the devices on Amazon as well.
