All purchased magazines dated before 2018 have not been restored after waiting over TWO YEARS
For more than 2 years I have been patiently waiting to have access restored to my many purchased magazines dated before 2018. These were all quietly removed when the app developer was changed (previously it was ZINIO, who had been fantastic to deal with). I have sent multiple emails to support about this, but after initially being told this would take weeks to fix, I am still waiting. As a very long time reader it is so disappointing to see how far things have slipped. The app now also crashes when trying to access magazine view so there is no way to even read in magazine view. After remaining optimistic, I now wish I had not renewed my subscription and I will not do so again.

My magazine purchases are gone since I updated the app
I’m thoroughly disgusted…since I’ve updated the app magazines I’ve purchased are gone and several recent purchases I haven’t even read yet. I’ve been a customer for years and haven’t been offered any help with this problem. I’ve contacted them directly through the app and nothing has been to resolve this problem. I’ve spent a lot of money purchasing many magazines on the app and they’re all gone.

Really tired of having to contact you for every issue! You take the money just fine but I have to contact you to get my magazine. I wants some money off!
Lost my mags
Started my subscription in April this yr and now all mags are gone and I can’t get them back. A new mag out and it wont down load. PLEASE FIX THIS
