Change of Address notification

The app brings a pop up for change of address verification.
I have clicked on the ‘verify physical and mailing address’ multiple times, no progress. The app won’t let me move forward- please fix.

Do not bank with Victory Capital

Victory Capital has terrible service and poor financial returns. Their app is difficult to use and their web app is even worse. They experience frequent technical difficulties that prevent me from viewing my accounts or even accessing my money. They have terrible customer service that is unhelpful. I am in the process of withdrawing everything from them and they are preventing me from even doing that.

Disappointed

Forms link doesn’t work. Customer service will not email RMD form. Will only snail mail. After waiting a week I called customer service they said it was mailed out that day. They waited a week to mail a form? I was told I they process requests in the order they’re received. They have a weeks backlog? A week later still no form. Similar issues last year and the year before.

Does its job

I use it to see how much money are in my growth funds. It shows me much money is in my growth funds. No complaints from me about the app.
I do wish the company got my tax info to me a little sooner.

App wont work

App wont let me in , requested update done and it won’t work

Ver 2.7.6 totally inoperable

Forced update today causes the app to stay on the “new version available” with the only option to click update now… which sends users to the App Store but… the app is current so that just sends you back to the new version page.

App is nice when it works. Provides all necessary investment info. Latest update will not allow me to open the app so might have to remove it snd reinstall. Kind of a pain

Said I need to update. Updated. Still says I need to update! No further updates available.

Every time I click into the app there's a new update

Minimally operable

For two weeks I have been trying to sell a portion of my simple MMA, and the balance has been UNAVAILABLE. For the last week, when I select the account, it won’t even open the menu to sell. Fail fail fail. I am about to close this about. The only benefit it offers is it’s connected to my USAA account but that is true of so many other brokerages. About to lose a customer.

Biometrics log in issue

As others have mentioned, the biometric login option rarely works! I have to find my old password and try to login again, manually. This is very frustrating!
Once I can log in, the app is pretty easy to use, so if the biometrics are fixed, I will give it a 5 star review!

Awful

Always issues with this app accessing, loading…whatever you try to do you will end up having to access the information through a desktop. It’s enough to push someone to consider switching investment companies.

Forced updates too frequent

I get that sometimes apps need required updates, but it’s like every week or so I am forced to update before I can log in. It’s way too frequent and should be managed better.

Useless

Cannot check performance over time. Very little built into this App. Service capability not even close to what could be done when Acct was with USAA. Feel betrayed by USAA for transferring investment to Victory.

Bio login inop again

Poorly maintained. Bio credentials not working for login after latest update.

Mandatory updates and still can’t get into account

I did two mandatory updates back to back and it has been days and I still can’t into my account. The app just spins at login. Very frustrating. Constant updates and app functionality does not improve.

Moving to a different broker

It’s pretty disappointing when an app is so bad that I move my entire retirement savings to a new investment service :/

Better method of contributing

The Ugift feature is too complicated. It would be more convenient if there were a simpler way to contribute money. For instance a QR code or allowing cashapp or other fintech services as a form of payment would be beneficial.
