简直太烂了 然后很多新加坡公寓还选择这个 vida 无法忍受的烂！
Unusable
Spent 5mins trying to configure a simple automation (Turn off AC at 6am daily). Can’t figure out and gave up.

App keep crashing. Cant even setup..
One of, if not the worst
It was so bad that we could not rely on it to close our blinds.
The app is very unstable
Sometimes we just get so irritated of using the app as it’s so unstable sometimes work and sometimes just failed. We have been configuring it more than 10 times since started using the Fermax gateway just 3 months ago. The app should be tested properly before even launching to the public, hoping better and stable release soon.

A crappy system
The doorbell setup is difficult. The camera quality is poor on the doorbell. There is a delay which I do not believe is network related, just bad design. The Smart Home Gateway is also poor camera quality. About the only plus is the simplicity of the app’s user interface.
Firmware update V040215 forever cannot be updated
Hi, please fix the bug of firmware update V040215. It always has error whenever I open the app. It cannot be updated. I also tried connecting to LAN cable and not able to update.
Room for improvement
1. Would be great if we can add widget support
2. Doorbell alarm notification is buggy. Does not goes off after the doorbell is answered across devices.
3. Cloud recording interface does not work most time
4. Unreliable as does not work at times in controlling home devices, especially when interfaced to google home
