Find some Happiness!!

Would thinking about what part of today made you happy help your mind and mood? Well apparently so for me. The app by itself is bright, calming with a fun welcoming interface. You can create a private video journal with entries as you desire but there is also this feature where you can share a one minute video about what makes you happy today. Just thinking about what made your day certainly helps you appreciate your life and the people and things that brighten it. Seems simple to use. If you’re interested in journaling, exercise, eating healthy, challenges… you could enjoy this app. If you want to feel a little better about what’s good in life, definitely give it a go!

Encouraging

At first I was hesitant about posting, but it's actually been fun. I especially love the Happy Reasons!It's been inspiring to see the little AND big things that make people happy and keep them going, and to be reminded that there is always SOMETHING good that happens in a day that we can be grateful for. Next I'll be trying the daily video journal. And for someone who isn't very tech savvy, the app is very user friendly!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing video journal app

I love this app so far. It’s cute, it works well, and I like that the happy reasons feature makes me feel part of a community

Excited but permissions?

Hi I was so excited to use this but the app says to enable video and microphone but when I click on that there’s no place in settings to do so. I have lockdown mode on. I’m not sure whether that’s affecting things?

Also why does it need your location? This app is perfect on privacy except for that part.

Hi, Thank you for the review! I will look into lockdown mode and see how this could affect microphone and camera permissions. Normally, you should be asked when opening the app for the first time to enable, or manually enable them in the iOS Settings app. As for location permission, this is only used if you would like to attach a location to your journal entry. This can be helpful later if you would like to filter your journals by location so you can see how your mood is affected by where you are. If you have any feedback about your experience with the location permissions in the app and would like to share them with us, please feel free to email us at videojournaldaily@gmail.com. For example if you were prompted to give location permissions when not trying to attach a location to a journal then we have a problem to fix! Again thank you for the review.
