How can AZ residents use the app?
App is Archaic
Using this app with iPad is like returning to CPUs with floppy disks. It does like portrait or landscape, doesn’t like any browser except Safari, and generally is slow, clunky, and useless. Guess somebody from overseas built this wonderful app for Athena. It sucks.
New Login Doesn’t Work
The app does not fill in the user ID or password after using Face ID on my iPhone.

The Update Made App Unusable
I can’t log into the application anymore because I can’t get beyond the initial screen— my state isn’t listed. I have to use the website instead now. What a pain.
Update sucks
I don’t know why it’s not giving the option for my state I receive care in to log in its only options are Georgia Kentucky Michigan and Texas. Arizona isn’t even an option but that’s where I receive care. This didn’t happen before the update. They need to fix this.
Bugs need fixed
Since last update it keeps crashing when ever I try to checkin for my appointment. Also when you hit the eyeball to show password it doesn’t show password or only the last letter.

My doctor’s office said there is a way to add an attachment to a message, but there’s no icon for that
No autocomplete available when composing a message
Please for the love of god enable autocomplete on the message compose field.
I was needing to send pictures of my hand but couldn’t attach any. It’d have been nice to be able to do so, but I can understand why that might not be the best idea.

Everyone from the Doctors to the Nurses are very attentive!!! They always listen to my questions and concerns… Also my Dr. is amazing!!! For every Question I have for her she gives me answers… Thank you doctors,
Forgetful patient
Needless to say, I am missed my scheduled appointment and I was supposed to go to my doctor and the system still allowed me to reschedule without any concern in any problems and I was still able to talk to somebody without a problem and an actual person too, so the system is amazing.

20 years with the same Dr!
I have been going here for almost 20 years and I love my Dr. If I got sick he knew my kids were going to get it so he would try and be proactive so they wouldn’t get it as bad, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t but we always tried!

Veronica Green, NP and her staff ALWAYS go above and beyond what is needed. They are ALWAYS very professional and polite and take the time and sit with you while answering any and all questions you may have. I actually live in Phoenix and am more than willing to drive the extra 2+ hours it takes to go down to be seen by Veronica Green, NP and her staff. Village Medical is the worst of the worst when it comes to “personalized care”. Run by corporate philosophy and practices. Herding in patients like cattle, treating them like less, and restricting doctors in what they can and should recommend.
