Wasn’t the easiest install but it has been amazing being able to turn on and off the AC from my phone, create a schedule that I like and have the peace of mind that it isn’t running up the bill.
Stopped working
Worked for over a year now the thermostat will not connect to the app.
Easy Setup but MAJOR ISSUE
Setup was easy but every time I saved the device it will never pull up on the app and iv followed the instructions perfectly.

Gonna have to rename my WiFi
The app does not accept underscores in the WiFi SSID so if you have a WiFi network which has an underscore in the name, guess you'll be reconfiguring your whole network just to use this device.
**update** don't even bother with this app. You can use the device directly with the Tuya Smart Life app and it works much better!!

Won’t connect
In the past I could connect my thermostat to the app but it would often disconnect. Now, it won’t connect at all telling me I have the wrong wifi password which I know I don’t. Pretty worthless if the app doesn’t connect to the thermostat.

Just like most of the other reviews state, this is a piece of junk. Not stable, can’t keep accurate temp. Worthless at a high price.

UPDATE for what it’s worth: this app has been plagued with issues. The developers can’t or won’t test the app before releasing an update. I have since removed the thermostat and all due to the worthless app. You cannot rely on this app. I’m glad to be rid of it.

Won’t connect to my TJ550
I’ve been trying to connect my device to WiFi and it won’t do it. I have good AT&T internet service. I tried everything even reinstalling the app, still don’t work. Switching thermostat to a different brand.

Unreliable
Back again to download just stops opening. So many times I have lost count now. Come on. My daughter just bought the same thermostat and I am telling her to send it back!!!!!!!
Doesn’t work.
The app crashes no matter what you do, which makes your thermostat unusable especially if you lock it. You have to delete the app every single time! Just horrible.
I don’t understand all the negative
For me the app has worked flawlessly. Except for “history” which never displays, everything else is great. No crashes and i check it all the time to see what the room temp is or adjust it. Setting a schedule in the app is a snap too.
