Horrible app. The key is inconsistent and has had me locked out multiple times.

If you have to use this app then that means your landlord is too cheap to provide you with a physical key. Unlocking doors is inconsistent and never works on the first try. Good luck not getting frustrated using this app
Horrible consistency
If you’re forced to use this because of a college dorm, I feel sorry for you already. This app is so inconsistent with when it wants to work. Sometimes it’ll pull up right away, sometimes you stand at the door like an idiot for 5 minutes, other times it’ll pull up your cards like you’re using Apple Pay. Sometimes the reader will just flash red for no reason even though this app is open. Then you’re forced to close it and restart the loading process to open it. Additionally, you have to place your phone over the reader “perfectly” in order for it to open. I genuinely feel sorry that your building made you use this app. Good luck, you’re going to need it!

I plan to move out of my apartment when my lease is up because of this trash app. Clearly the building owners don’t care about their tenants convenience or safety. They installed this last week and already there have been problems with tenants getting in the building. It’s a garbage outdated app, with 300+ 1 star reviews for a reason. This shouldn’t even be allowed in the App Store! But because the building owners are cheap, they get this. What happens if you come home at 1am on a weekend and you lost or broke your phone? Or your battery is dead? If your building gets this trash - complain and if they still use it - LEAVE!

I don’t know if it’s my building fault or this app but many times I’ve been locked out of my room and building to upwards of 20 minutes because this app will not work

This app is terrible and just in place so your apartment can steal your location data and save money by not giving you a fob/key

The app itself is fine,
But they could have just integrated the card into digital wallets or at least provide an option to do that, so you won’t get locked out if your phone died but you have a watch plus digital wallets sync after you swap devices.

You know what doesnt stop working at random, or become inaccessible when your phone dies? A PHYSICAL KEY. Poorly thought out, designed, and implemented product. Would give it 0 stars if I could

Atrocious App
Only evil apartment buildings owned by private equity have the gall to make their residents deal with this nonsensical app. Never works when you need it to, incredibly easy possibility to get locked out of where ever you may live at any given time.

This app made my phone crash and almost break… do NOT get this app even if your apartment needs it. Very upset.

If I could give it zero I would, app constantly lags, crashes, it NEVER registers when Infront of my door, and I even got locked out for an hour because it wasn’t working. Totally awful and pray my apartment will switch soon.
