I absolutely love Viori - they’re hair care products are amazing and have been a life saver in so many ways, and their packaging is awesome - way more eco friendly than buying bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I also love the variety of products and that they keep making new things. Definitely saved my hair postpartum too.

Would give zero stars if I could
I've ordered from viori in the past and enjoyed the products. I ordered from the app for the first time in September 2025. As of December, I have not received my product, and multiple attempts at the customer service chat throughout the months have been unanswered. The refunds and returns page conveniently leads to error 404, does not exist. So I'm out like fifty bucks. Also my previous, more detailed review has somehow vanished as well so that's neat.
