I have tried several times to log in my account. I forgot my password and they won’t send me a code. So I go back in to start an account it sends me codes to do that then it realizes I already have an account wants me to login I can’t. I don’t remember my password because I haven’t used this app in a while. So mad

Customer Support Not Helpful and App Does Not Work
I started using the app a long time ago and I can no longer log in. I have tried all of the online recommendations of deleting the app and reinstalling. I called customer service and they could not provide me with any additional recommendation other deleting the app and reinstalling it, which has not worked after several attempts. The online chat function could also not help me. So the third customer service representative just told me to use a web browser instead of the app from now on. So now deleting the app and will not reinstall.

I go to sign in. I need to update my password. Fine. Update password. Confirm new password. Sign in with said new password. Success, but now need a 2FA code. Send it via text, get it and submit it. Valid. Now I need to do another 2FA code. Send it via email. Get it, paste it in, successfully log in. Now I need to do another 2FA code. Uninstall POS app instead. Absolutely useless.

This app has managed to kick me out from using it maybe because I won most of my money back maybe because I played it a lot I don’t know? But I do know that it has a seven day period in which you must wait to even deposit money, much less withdrawal money if you try to utilize a different card. When I say nasty, I’m talking the customer service ladies are a downright hateful. This app was so much fun before I realized the ability it has to steal my money, not let me win it back once I’m about to win and it seems there’s always a problem whether it’s Wi-Fi issues or signal issues or glitching inside the slots. It’s always something I have never felt so used abused, and cheated as I have in this app.
