Promotional drawings
Why can’t there be an app update that adds a tab to add as many drawings you want per drawing. Entering once per drawing takes too long. I want to be able to select 50 entries with one entry.

I won and it is so hard to get my winnings. Over 30 days ago I won. I had to jump through so many hoops and still no winnings. This app is a joke. I wish I just had a ticket and took it in to the store to cash out.
Genie Game Defect
I was in the middle of the double genie game. I was up by 500. I hit the bonus. Had five free plays on the bonus was on the third play. The wheel came up to spin and the entire game shut down and restarted. I did not receive any further monies, nor got to finish the bonus game.
App and rewards
App is glitchy. Rewards are horrible if you are a regular player. You’ll have a rewards balance you can never tap into. Do better. Give us a cash back option for rewards outside of the little bit you give.

Customer Service has NO manager available
This place runs with no managers available, takes 3 to 5 business days to speak to one. Customer service is very concerning and on top of everything they hang up on you! and that’s how gold membership are treated.
It’s like playing at a casino from my recliner!
I absolutely love this app! It takes me hours to drive to the closest casino if I want to play slot machines and have a little fun….. then I discovered the Virginia lottery app, now I can have some fun slot machine action without even leaving my house! I have won a fair amount of money here and there which adds to the fun and excitement, of course! I highly recommend this app!

I completely understand that this is gambling per se but honestly when you read things like loaded with $2000 prizes loaded with hundred dollar loaded loaded loaded and all you get is a dollar back five dollars back here and there is really upsetting but it doesn’t hurt to hope to think that you can possibly be that one in 1 million chance gamble on

I absolutely love the Virginia Lottery App!! So easy and very convenient!! I love playing the online games just wish I had better luck. Amazing app!! Only sometimes I can’t redeem my points for online credit.
