Geolocation is lacking
I can’t play if you can’t figure out that I’m in VA. My location is on, no issues with other apps.
It sometimes works
Whoever wrote this app doesn't have much experience. Or they talk the state of Virginia into thinking that they did. At any given time two or more features don't even work. Tapping winning numbers at the bottom today get you a blank screen. When you check other features, it says you don't have any payslips but when you tap to create some it just throws you back into some random page where it doesn't address payslips. When you ask for help to try to figure out what a payslip is and whether you need it, it sends you to a website where there is not a help section about each option, but rather a FAQ section with only two FAQs. Virginia has outsourced this to somebody else and they just don't care.

App scan for paper tickets does not work.
The use of the camera to scan paper tickets does not work properly. It fails to scan and never reads the bar code. It works okay for scratch tickets, but not for paper tickets for draw games. I’ve resorted to going to the retail machine to scan the paper ticket - and even that is hit or miss. I assume it has to do with patches and updates to the programming. They need to fix it.
I’ve also had issues with the rewards tickets for retail machine credits…but occurs outside of the app and is just another way VA Lottery makes it difficult to redeem your prizes (monetary or rewards) Sigh.

The app facilitates playing different lottery games but scanning you tickets to confirm win or loss does not work - 1 functionality.

I haven’t been able to collect or use my points for over 4 months… at first the app was perfect I was able to collect and use my points then out of no where it just says “points are offline” I’ve tried to refresh the app and my phone and with no luck.. very disappointed in the app.
