Terrible app with no support
I can’t login to the app despite several password resets. The app tells me to call a number if I still can’t login after reset, but the number is a DMV help line with endless hold times and I get disconnected every time it transfers (this is an ongoing problem with VA DMV in general). While I can login to the website fine, the ONLY way to upload the required odometer photo is through this app that doesn’t work, and the DMV will fine you for not uploading the photo. Do not use this app and do not sign up for MCP

Is this an app???
Logging in with email and password - something went wrong! Change password and try again something went wrong! Rinse and repeat always with same result! Threats by text daily about uploading odometer reading! Response to email re problems - zero!!! Would give zero rating but can’t do that so gave it a one it doesn’t deserve. Now every month it says no mileage reauthenticate my vehicle. Done it so many times! Text threats but no response to any emails! Can’t believe my tax payer $ are paying for this bunch of rubbish!

very buggy probably useless
lost my login. password reset failed even though other email from them arrives ok. had to call support.
then when i took the required trueup pic the app changed the pic to portrait even though landscape is required and it turned on the flash creating reflections. couple days later i get an email warning that i still owe them a pic. called support again and they admit i uploaded a pic but could not tell me why it wasnt working.

Doesn’t work
Stuck in a circular loop of having the app and customer support tell me to reset my password, but each time I reset the password I get the same error with the same instructions to reset my password. Useless.
Frustrating
Haven’t been able to log in for weeks and the deadline to submit my odometer photo is due in 3 days. So unreliable!
Cannot log in
They’re charging me a late fee for a late odometer submission but I cannot log into the app even though I have the right password. Customer service is also not responsive

Useless
Downloaded the app a few weeks ago and was able to register and upload odometer reading, but when I open the app now, it shows I haven't taken any trips. I emailed the address on the paperwork that came with the car mileage gadget but have never received a response. I hope it will do what it's supposed to so I get my mileage discount next year.

No support Wint load Code not accepted
OK, so first the DMV tells me that I have to go to a special DMV link to get this device when I enter in the exact or all in lowercase web address it came to a 404 dead end
Searching the DMV site I found the mileage plus program. It explained all the stuff and then gave links to get the device. I applied.
Two weeks later, I get the device download the app. Enter my email address as recorded where I got the device. My phone number then I enter in the activation code says error.
Been trying to contact these people for five days. I’ve left messages. I’ve contacted through email and I’ve been waiting today already 25 minutes for a callback.. I never got a call back. I’ve never received a reply. Email and the DMV cannot help me at all.

Extremely difficult to use
I have a ton on apps, but none more frustrating than this one. I can’t log in, can’t reset my password. It is difficult to see if I am even saving money by using the service because it doesn’t readily show the information when I do manage to open the app. Not worth it unless you are certain that you will save money.

Bug
Couldn’t log in couldn’t recreate an account couldn’t reset then enter the account. Photo of odometer couldn’t be submitted and customer service couldn’t be reached.

Only said "something went wrong", no guidance, "Forgot password" option does not work
Login system is such a pain
I can’t reset the password and their customer support is terrible. And they are threatening me with a late fee for not submitting a photo update when I can’t log in. Fix this!!
Stop asking for feedback
My feedback is that asking for feedback has bricked this app! Doesn’t work at all now. The update made it useless. If I uninstall and reinstall it will work for about a minute before the feedback loop happens again.

Drains battery, cars mixed up
Drains the battery in BOTH my cars.

Car #2 is “Awaiting Activation “
Devices have been replaced THREE times, and Virginia MCP still does not have it correct.
Over TWENTY FIVE e-mails have been sent.
I think I am dealing with people who failed 8th grade, five times…
Going to disconnect them, toss them in the trunk, and just submit yearly mileage.

Crashes when asked for feedback on every open. F-
Not only does this app crash, but it asked for my feedback on it every time I open the app. I can’t submit positive or negative feedback. Either way it says warning something went wrong and I cannot proceed. Does nobody test this software before it’s released? this is absurd furthermore, there was nothing wrong with the previous release.
This is just absolute garbage, horrible software development and testing and you should be ashamed of putting it out for people to use and our taxpayer dollars are paying for this horrible horrible horrible F minus total fail

Average rating is a LIE!!
Look at all the reviews. There are only three 3 Star reviews. The rest are 1-star. How the hell does it say it has a 3.1 average rating?! That chart shows just as many 5 stars as 1 star reviews. But when you sort the reviews by “most favorable” the most favorable are only three 3-star reviews. NOT ONE FIVE-STAR REVIEW ANYWHERE! Complete and utter lie. I echo all the other hundreds of reviews. This is a GARBAGE app. Only thing that works is the odometer submission (thank goodness because you HAVE to use this app in order to submit it). App does not show any trips. Ever. After having it for a few years it has NEVER RECORDED A TRIP.
