Don't bother, see a physio in person

Insurers need to stop with this virtual physio rubbish. How are you supposed to do an exercise properly of you haven't been shown how to do it by a professional who watches you and tells you what you're doing wrong? I've hurt myself several times trying to follow the videos in this app and others. It's cost-cutting garbage healthcare at its worst.

Unable to download or view any documents

No exercises listed and even the documents don’t work.

Pointless

Was sent link to this app by health provider. First off, it doesn’t contain my exercises, so that’s a fail. Secondly if you view your appointments it takes you to the website (login, MFA codes etc). That’s pointless - you don’t need an app to take you to a website. Thirdly, the appointments aren’t even there. 4th what’s the patronising picture of a woman as the logo about?

Dreadful

Absolutely dreadful as far as exercises are concerned. The developers should check literally any other app (I recommend Bend) on how to make it easier to follow.

I have to work on one leg but the instructions don’t make it easy to work out which should be used for what in each exercise.

The measuring each rep is useless. What exactly am I measuring? The rep? A hold? All the above?

I also had exercises assigned to me that need equipment I don’t own, despite saying what I did have. Annoying.

Shall be feeding back to my physio.

Don't waste your time with this app

Absolute waste of time using this app. The 1 star review is too generous. The appointment booking is an absolute joke. The customer services is beyond ridiculous. If you see this when searching for treatment - ask for a different referral... you've been warned!!!

Useless

I have to use this for my medical but the app keeps asking you to repeat information already submitted and regularly errors out no matter device I’m using.

Awful

My company changed from Vitality to this and the difference is huge, all online consultations to keep the cost to them down, not good!

Design to Torture

This app is so not user friendly that it must be designed by enemy’s kf humanity.
The guidance and the functionality and everything.
Unfortunately my insurance is with AXA i must use it for my day to days.

Unspeakably Bad

Click on the appointments button, get taken to a marketing page. Pointless.

Why even bother having an app

Probably the worst app of all time.

You literally can’t do anything without talking to support, it doesn’t show you your appointments, you can book appointments and it just redirects you to their home page.

Literally useless.

What an appalling app

Doesn’t actually seem to do anything: no way to log in, just a description of what it’s supposed to do. What a waste of time.

Beta

Great when it works but very “buggy” - video did not work on a virtual physio consultation- thus significantly reducing its value. Also unable to get into “Appointments” - unhelpful messsge saying client side error but no suggestions for remedying ( I have checked I have latest version of app and also done a reboot.
“Beta” quality - at best.

Not useful

I use virtual Lucy on my computer and it’s great however thought the app would be good so I can check on appointments etc while away from my desk. How wrong I was! I can’t even work out how to log in. I think they need to look up to he definition of an app. This isn’t even a front page to direct you to the log in page on the website. I’m not even sure it deserves one star as it is definitely not fit for purpose

Useless app

Not sure of the point of this. The only part that is needed is appointments and that directs you back to a webpage. Terrible app.

Fails at what it’s supposed to do

All I downloaded this for was to view my exercise plan on my phone.

It doesn’t show it. Therefore it is pointless

Woeful and depressing

This app should never have been released and it not fit for purpose. It’s difficult to navigate, information displayed is out of date or incorrect and there’s no obvious way to progress, manage or plan your recovery. It winds up being acting as a clunky and inaccurate record of your treatment which you can’t change at a time where user is unwell and wants to improve

Advice from someone who’s wasted a lot of time

Don’t waste your time with the app, don’t waste your time trying to do video appointments on your phone, just do it all through a computer and it works fine

Handy when done right

I had a running injury that was discussed on a video call. They then sent through three exercises for me in this App. It’s pretty easy to follow and I like the videos. Presentation is just ok and the progress tracker is a but confusing. I have been doing the exercises daily but my adherence seems low. Still pretty good.

Terrible service

Had a calf issue, but there was no option for this, so put down knee issue. The app didn’t have an option to book so I had to phone. I then got an appointment in 4 days time which was cancelled and rebooked once without telling me. Now awaiting 7 days to hear about the recommended physio. But the app game me a programme of depressing and breathing exercises :-)
