No option to add another personal vehicle

You telling me I can only have 1 car as a resident??

Edit button does not work

Why have an edit option if we can’t edit a vehicle? Now I have to come out of pocket for something that could’ve been edited at that time.

Not a good app

You have to constantly update permits and there are NO reminders to update them. I’m a resident at my apartment complex and had TWO instances where my vehicle got towed
$700 for something THAT SHOULD HAVE NOT HAPPENED

Skimping cheap slimy

Would be useful if the developers helped it be useful. Genius idea, store important data, perhaps a 2 day pass option for guests
such a slimy business for “luxury” businesses

Horrible

Sometimes I have two-three visits in a day and because the visit is set by them for 24 hours I can not choose the timing, I do have to wait 24 hours to register another visitor. Is horrible to not being able to recieve different visits during the day because they tow your car.

Mala aplicaciĂłn

Puta aplicación no sirve para nada, si cambio de carro no me deja actualizar la información osea por la la incompetencia de ellos se me pueden llevar el carro y después me toca a mí pagar

Guest permit

They only allow you to add one guest and you have to wait till the permit expires before you can add someone else.

Sucks

UX is awful, can vibe code a feature to save recurring guest vehicles which would 10X the UX. I’ll build it for you for $5K. DM me.

Awful app & website

The app is terrible and so is the website. Somehow my own permit to park at the complex I live in expired and now I am unable to update my info on the app. It's 11 something at night so I'll have to register my own car under guest permit & go park in guest parking so I don't get towed. You can't update your info via the website either, only through the app. Their website has spelling errors on it. It's so unprofessional. What a mess.

The limit of 1 guest is insufferable. There’s nothing intuitive about using the system. I have to log in every time I get on it and there’s no record kept of my permits.

Needs Work

This app is very annoying. Literally a little chatgpt can code better than these developers. If y’all need any help please I would love to work with y’all because seriously why are y’all so behind. Frond end development don’t hesitate to reach out please.

Terrible

Horrible app. Can only add 1 car every 24 hours without the option to edit or delete if they do not stay the full 24 hours. The pictures show the option to add 2 guest, false advertisement once you open the app and see that you can only add 1 guest

Worst app I’ve ever used.

Garbage app. Garbage company.

Negative 5 stars

This app will end up costing you hundreds of dollars in towing fees. Forgot what time you issued a guest permit yesterday? You won’t find the expiration time on the app! You’ll have to go through your email to find it.

To anyone reading this that is forced to use this trash app, here’s a tip that will save your wallet: SET A CALENDAR REMINDER 24 hours after you issue a guest permit!!!

App

It doesn’t even load my permits, and it doesn’t let you register your visitor permits

Worst App Ever

This is simply the worst possible parking permit app available. If your apartment complex uses this and threatens to tow if there is no permit issued, DO NOT LIVE THERE. I have paid $1000 in tow fees so far in less than 3 weeks because this app is not user friendly in addition to my apartment complex being unhelpful. You shouldn’t have to register cars to visit. You pay rent, that should entitle you to at least 1 visitor spot no matter what. If they do not change from this app I will actually move, it is that bad.

Just why

A mindless zombie works more efficiently than this app. I guess subpar management from various shady/hood apartment complex choose this app which is telling

Still no option to save license plates

Just like in previous review, the app still doesn’t store license plates—you have to re-enter them every time. It’s hard not to wonder if this is intentional. Is the inconvenience by design, counting on people to forget and risk getting towed, just to drive up revenue? Feels more like a trap than a feature.

Pure garbage

This app is pure garbage. I’m not sure if it was created in an elementary school STEAM class but it certainly could have been.

If you are downloading this it’s probably because you have to. When people are forced to use you your motivation to improve is non-existent.

Very unprofessional illiterate people works for this company uses curse words when ask about details

My vehicle was towed in front of me on my reserved parking spot that was registered on my car still they towed my car and when asked about details of address of towed location the guy using curse words on us saying I don’t know contact leasing office, why you guys hire illiterate people for work that uses bad curse words on customers that I can’t even mention here that bad
