Slow and seems to just crash for now reason. And when it crashes you lose notes, you lose saved attachments. Worthless

Way to many steps to complete a work order. Needs a work flow, not constant clicking back on forth. Can’t copy. Constant kicking you out of the app. Picking different work order when logging back in. Forms are horrible, better of using paper. This app is no way even mobile friendly. I rather go back to Unix and a command prompt. You need to take your office people out into field and try using your app 10 times a days and if your reviews don’t speak for themself, you seem not to care to even try to make the app better.

Is the worst app I’ve ever had to use. We use it at work. It’s horrible. It consistently crashes while using, consistently doesn’t send masterforms and other forms. It’s difficult to navigate, difficult to use. I’d give this negative stats if I could. Please overhaul this app. Fix it.
Garbage app with undersized servers
Only use if you enjoy waiting minutes at a time just to click a button, our company used them and we spent more time waiting for things to load than I did doing my actual job.
Not to mention their program is an innavigable mess where data is regularly lost or mis-entered into our invoices and database.

So, i put up with it because i have to……
When we’ll a real update beneficial to customers come? This app has no built in support on so many levels! I thought wennsoft was horrible, grass is greener always in hind sight. I just wish i didn’t have to have two devices, a calculator, and notepad to write a quote as we all know this is now cost on our customers which affects the business as a whole.
