La peor aplicación de banco que existe

No puedes hacer pagos por pse por un bug que tapa todos los número para ingresar el código que llega por SMS, me intenté comunicar a servicio al cliente y la solución que dan es que lo pase a otro banco, entonces para que sirve esta entidad, el peor banco que existe entonces Colombia, no dan respuestas a los extractos que se piden, un desastre, no descarguen esta aplicación, huyan de este nefasto banco

Desde que uso esta app, he tenido muchos inconvenientes, el último de ellos es que no me deja hacer transacciones sin tarjeta, sale un letrero que dice: No se pueden cargar sus productos. Y así varias fallas. Deberían arreglarlo y volverla como la app de otros bancos que funcionan de maravilla.
