Visions rocks!! They far surpass any other bank or credit union in integrity, care and competence. I wouldn’t even consider doing my banking with any other institution!!
Horrible App
Internal transfers on the app take forever to show up under the history. The dollar amount will change but I can’t see where or when it took place-sometimes until a few hours after or even next day. It makes it difficult to cross reference on pay day for my multiple savings accounts with my husband.

The VFCU Ap is user friendly, works well and is reliable. One Ap Improvement: make it MUCH easier to find the routing number. Where you have it is not intuitive: in addition to the main menus allow the ability to see it when inside your checking account window.

Mobile Check Upload
I’d have given it a 5 star review except for one thing.... there is a limit on the amount of $ for check mobile uploads. I don’t like that but them’s the rules apparently. Anyway, after going through ALL of the steps to do the mobile check upload the message comes up that there’s a $ limit and you cannot deposit the check. There needs to be a notice or statement to that effect at the beginning.
