Execution needs work
The idea of the app is great, the execution needs work! Since joining I’ve had issues with the app which were resolved for a little while however has gone backwards again! Every 2 days they have an update which resets the tracker, the reminders only seem to work if you’ve already clicked the “I’ve taken my vitamins”

Great service, horrendous app
Love Vitable as a service but the app itself is lacking. The daily tracker is glitchy and it’s a roulette every day as to whether it will register your vitamin tracking (and thereby your points). I shouldn’t have to check again in the evening to see if my daily tracking has registered or not. The progress tracker is essentially useless, it’s not even close to being detailed enough for the tool to be useful - it’s a space filler. The saving grace is being able to update your delivery date quickly and easily on the app, but that’s about where it ends.

Membership imposible to cancel
I have tried numerous times to cancel the membership or paused and keeps taking my money monthly! I can’t get customer support to stop this!

After checking with my Dr, I found I was taking the right vitamins. So far everything is going well.
My only complaint is that when travelling overseas, the app doesn’t work, so I can’t track my vitamin intake whilst on holiday.

It’s All Downhill
I had been a committed Vitable customer for years, but over the past twelve months and especially the last six, the service and the app have both gone so far downhill that I’ve recently had to walk away. There is no responsibility or responsiveness from customer support, shipping is awful, and the app almost never works anymore. It’s an ongoing issue that’s been brought up to them multiple times and they’ve never once managed to fix it. I don’t know what’s going on over there lately but I’d suggest you steer clear. It’s not worth the effort or the money, and you can find the same product elsewhere for more competitive prices (and with better customer support).

Crash after login
Unfortunately, as soon as I log in, the app crashes and will not be fixed even after reinstalling it.
UI needs improvement
I love the app, it makes the whole purchasing and product browsing so much easier and more convenient. However...I think the UI can use a little improvement as I find it a little difficult to navigate, and some pages have odd fillers that cover up the bottom half of the app screen.

Disappointed
Reminders don’t work so I’ve had to set my own alarm to remind me.
When I go in to say I’ve taken them, it says “you’ve taken your vitamins today “ but then the next day it tells me I’ve missed a day.
Yes I’ve deleted the ap and re added it and it’s the same.

Vitable is great! This is absolutely not a bad review on the app whatsoever, they have a great range of vitamins and they always deliver on time!
Just be careful when you take the quiz and it tells you all the vitamins you “need” - speaking from personal experience, it recommended me to start taking biotin as my hair and skin was one of my main concerns but as soon as I started my skin flared up, I am now dealing with break outs in areas of my skin that used to be clear from taking a vitamin that I wasn’t lacking in but just had a concern for. Please just go see a doctor or take a blood test and let them tell you the vitamins you should be taking and then buy them from the app!

Product Amazing, App Has Bugs
I am LOVING my Vitable packs. The product is 5 stars as it’s exactly what I need, so convenient to take, and my countertop isn’t littered with vitamin bottles. I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in my energy.
The app is so glitchy, though. It constantly tells me I’ve already logged taking vitamins, then the next day tells me I didn’t log them. I’ve taken them every day since getting Vitable and just got a notification telling me it’s been a while since I’ve logged my vitamins. For people who are motivated by streaks and tracking, it’s annoying!

Terrible app
I can’t log into my account and I don’t receive the email to change my password. I can’t even make a new account
Product AMAZING app not worth it.
This review is just for the app. The actual product is amazing. The app information is great. But the fact the app doesn’t do what it says it does is frustrating. I log every day that I have taken my vitamins but regularly on 0 days in a row because it doesn’t remember or record it. To begin with I thought it was me but now I know I log it and it’s the app. Please fix the app it could be amazing.

Vitamins fantastic, app not so great
I find the vitamins are fantastic and super convenient. The massive thing that bugs me is how glitchy the app is. You hit the button to say you’ve taken your vitamins, it appears to register but when you go into the app later the same day it says you haven’t taken them yet! Which makes for a frustrating experience.
Also when re looking at what is in your pack, the app doesn’t seem to flow very well.

Service amazing! app unreliable :(
I must start by stating i have been using vitable for over 4 months now, its honestly changed my life a very genuine way! Especially with the most simple thing being habbit building (still not great but better!)
But the app is consistently unreliable, which makes it reliably unreliable..? Ha ha haaa sorry.. but genuinely ots constantly crashing and bugging out. Sometimes randomly freezez. I’ve reinstalled and instead ill get different problems. Its interestingly random and hard to track my days when i really cant be bothered fighting the app to open at times 🤪
I understand things take time and i cant wait to see where they take and develop the app and the service itself!
