Those all is the worst

I don’t care about all the extra charges, that’s what cheap (budget) airlines do but, what I can’t stand is their horrible app, It works 1-2 days per month, horrible!!!!

I haven’t flown yet, but the app is horrible

I can’t even sign in with my last name and reservation code. I’m copying it from the email confirmation viva sent me, but I can’t log in.

Bad Services

It is an abusive airline, they charge exaggerated prices and the henchmen that they have as customer service, who pay them badly, give horrible treatment, I know that no one will see this, but whoever reads this, I won't buy air tickets because they will leave disappointed

Terrible airline

They scam you and steal your money. You pay for bags online and they tell you that you need to pay again at the airport because “it’s not showing up”. Also no Wi-Fi or entertainment on international flights (absurd) and the app is useless.
