They take way too long to do account verification, even though I submitted all the documents requested, they keep rejecting without giving any explanation. Reached out to the customer service, they're not very helpful either. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Viva.com is a JOKE

This is the worst bank on this planet! Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere. They can’t fix simple issues… I asked for the IBAN to be activated and was told that there needs to be money on my account (there was) and that’s why the request was rejected several times and of course they’re unable to help…don’t keep your money here, better go to Eurobank so elsewhere

You need to be a registered business
What they don’t make crystal clear on the download and signup pages is to use this service you need to be a fully registered business, ie you can’t just be a hobbyist making and selling stuff below the threshold of needing to register with HMRC in order to use this service. So you enter all your personal details, and only after you’ve done that discover it’s useless to you, and have to then jump through the hoops of getting them to delete your personal details.

Viva is a big scam and stealing from their customers
Viva Wallet are stealing money from their customers as I was with them, had my own money in my own account, and they refuse to give me back because my company was dissolved although the money I had in my account was way too much before the company dissolved, and I try to contact them and make complain more than doesn’t times but I refuse to give me back the money so they are stealing money in daylight, from everybody never use them again

You will need to be a mathematician when transfers from your account as it doesn’t deduct 80p for you and will keep denying your transfer until you manually subtract 80p from your transfer total for the fee.
The App Store says 0 fees and this is not true it’s one of the most expensive card machines to have instead use lowpay.

Don’t like having to pay viva wallet .80p every time I want to transfer my money to my bank account. This is why I don’t use this payment system very often.

However the customer service for credit card machine replacement or charger lead replacement are ABSOLUTELY USELESS & INCOMPETENT and don’t have any idea or Authority to replace FAULTY CREDIT CARD HAND SET or even the charger lead.
Been in contact for last 10 days but no replacement of credit card machine .
Never known a company who don’t care or look after their customers.
Seriously thinking of moving of a new supplier.
