I love my apartment and most importantly I love the fact I can use an app that’s easy to navigate and easy to setup my payments. Thank you Vive LA!!

Really slow and not easy to use

Really cool chill apt complex. Neighbors not too wild and staff seems to care.
Ridiculous fees
Fees higher than other LA rent payment apps.
Payment is made difficult
Is unnecessary difficult to confirm a bank account through the app

Vive LA are truly the worst management company
The app is mediocre. I feel like they’re ignoring basic UI & UX elements that are standard for 2022. But also, it doesn’t matter cause Vive LA is truly one of the worst leading management companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of continually being disappointed by. If you’ve made it this far, I’m sorry.

Need more solutions
Need a desktop version, typing a maintenance request on the phone is time consuming and a waste of time.
No accommodation for editing
It’s nice to have an app. But the prices for rents are often incorrect. Surprise letters on doors are common. When making a maintenance request if a tenant wants to change our edit the request there is no way to open the request and change it.
