Very low Nurse pay
13 week contract. How could anybody afford to live off of that yet alone travel to a whole other state and live!! I was making $25 as an STNA! So this is what it comes to you offering below 25 to a Nurse??? What a slap in the face to nurses!! Period point blank!!! Then on top of it. This is a travel Agency I’m so disappointed upset and angry that you all would even offered that! You all shouldn’t be offering anything under $35 an hour or $1800 a week for LPN!

Vivian Health is not an agency but a job board where agencies, facilities and health systems post their available jobs. The pay rates on Vivian are determined by the agencies posting the jobs and these are calculated based on a number of factors, including current bill rate and facility location. Vivian is not allowed to edit the pay rate (or any other job detail) in any way. If you have any questions regarding pay or would like to inquire if it can be negotiated, you may direct those to your recruiter.

My issue with the app is if you’re searching for jobs, the filters don’t work the best. I can put in that I am looking for an OR circulator position for instance; I hit search and I get jobs in every field except as an OR circulator. With as advanced as technology is; there’s no reason that it can’t be more accurate and say “no jobs available in selected area”
