I tried it 10 times. But I never got this OTP.

OTP code via SMS is not working, which prevents from registering and using the app.

Keeps using location
App constantly uses location even if not used but if you turn it off it’s not functioning because it needs location to register you.

The spouse pass stopped working as there’s issues with the app. Their team still hasn’t been able to resolve it and are unresponsive and impossible to reach

I signed up for the Viya Access Pass specifically for Warehouse Gym, which was clearly listed as a partner at the time. Within just one week, the partnership ended, completely changing the value of what I paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was first told Warehouse Gym would still be accessible and that I could request a refund if anything changed — now they claim refunds aren’t possible.
This constant change in information is unprofessional and misleading. They waste your time, give unclear answers, and fail to deliver on what they originally promised. A membership like this should be reliable, transparent, and fair — unfortunately, Viya has proven to be none of these.

Very bad experience with the app
My Viya app stopped working, so I contacted customer service because I have a dinner voucher that I plan to use. I asked if they could issue a new one. However, the customer service agent, Ryner Carvalho, kept asking me the same questions and ignored my request to speak with management. I'm beginning to wonder if they are intentionally doing this or just trying to avoid issuing the voucher. Additionally, the agent replied with a spelling mistake. Overall, my experience with Viya seems a bit questionable.

Poor customer service
I spoke to someone at 9:42 26th March after a long wait. They assured me they would assist and call back with an update on my request. However, I never received a follow-up or any further communication.

Very poor selection of venues, especially fitness and pools. Privilee offers a much wider choice. Very disappointed. On a separate note, the usability is very very poor, e.g. the search function is poor, you dont even have it on the main page…
Worst interface
Between two golf club, viya cannot afford to transfer players information correctly and there was no willing to fix that even its known well problem.

Was using this app for buying Padel lessons package and instead of promised rewards points got nothing and the customer service refused to fix it
