Absolutely terrible app that works 1 out of every 100 times. If the Bluetooth doesn’t work (often) you’re screwed. Avoid at all costs.

Software is terrible
Do not use VIZpin. The app takes forever to locate the hardware. The door locks do not come with fobs. We specially requested fobs and received some but they are an absolute joke. Each fob has to be individually programmed to every device manually - VIZpin sends the update to the devices, but the updates have to be manually pushed through from the app when in range of the door (the range maxes out at like 36" if you are lucky. most of the time I have to be within a foot. still, it may or may not work). Some updates are quick to push through (90 seconds). Other times it has taken 45 MINUTES FOR A SINGLE DOOR. From my experience, if you want access controlled doors go with dormakaba or uni-key. You will regret your decision if you purchase VIZpin.
