Great for performers!
I enjoy incorporating Vocal Image into my daily practice regimen. It helps to insure my voice is ready for when I have to do public speaking or loud talking. Vocal Image also helps me to articulate my words more flowing with less silent moments between words as I think about what to say. Vocal Image is my go to speech trainer.

Step back was a step forward
Going back to animated characters for Quick Communication Wins was actually a step forward. Jessica was just not cutting it. Back to where I was when I purchased this app.

Charged for free trial?
I signed up today and was disappointed that the app wouldnβt even let me try it for free without signing up. It prompted me to sign up for a full year and then offered other options, so I signed up for a week, thinking I would get 7 days free to try out all the features and then could decide what I wanted to do without paying nearly $150 for a full year. However my credit card has been charged immediately. I have reported this to Apple and requested a refund. This is misleading behaviour. If you stand by the quality of your app then you should allow people to try it for free, not force them into paying for something straight away. It comes across as money grabbing and itβs as if you donβt believe in your own work. Really disappointing. Will definitely not recommend.

Scam
Useless AI scam, wants your money even before showing what it does. Also, be aware that it subscribes you to a premium account silently.

Cancelation issues! Recurring charges, no active subscription found, and no human support!
I am extremely disappointed with vocal images, billing practices, and customer support.
Upon reviewing my credit card statements, I discovered that I have been charged US$449.92 since January 2025 with recurring payments of US$59.99 approximately every three months.
Naturally, I attempted to cancel the subscription that apparently does not exist?
I contacted customer support, provided the transaction history and requested the identify the account being billed, cancel recurring payments, and investigate charges.
What followed was even more frustrating.
I received automated responses from someone identified as "Alex," repeatedly assuring me that my case had been escalated. When I insisted on a firm resolution date and confirmation of cancellation, I received another response explicitly stating:
"As a text-drafting assistant, I do not have access to customer accounts or billing systems."
Unbelievable.
Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, I was repeatedly told that my concerns had been escalated and that I didn't need to contact them again.
As of October 14, 2026, I still have no confirmation that the recurring charges have been stopped, no identification of the account being billed, and no confirmed refund or resolution date.
I have no objection to companies using AI for customer support. But when customers are being charged hundreds of dollars and cannot even locate or cancel their subscriptions, there MUST be a way to reach a human being who can actually resolve the problem.
My advice to other customers: Check your credit card statements carefully. Verify how your subscription is being billed, especially if you have subscribed through both the website and Apple's App Store. Don't assume that having no active plan displayed means you aren't still being charged.
I will update this review if Vocal Image resolves the matter satisfactorily.
Until then, one star. Extremely disappointing.
