Insane Scam and Fraud
I used their service once to get a quick advance, which requires a subscription to their plan to acquire. I did both, paid them for the service as well as the cash advance, finished paying both in full, yet 2 weeks later after I’ve already deactivated my account and asked them to remove my data, they continue to charge my bank account for the subscription I no longer have or even can access. I don’t have an account with them nor the app anymore, yet they’re stealing money from my bank account using my debit card, and their support is unresponsive when I message them. Please report this company as they are a huge fraudulent scam.

Hate that it takes 5 days to get another cash advance but this is a good one.

Idk how this app has so many good reviews but it’s a rip off it takes all your info and acts as if it’s going to give you the advance and takes the 8.99 right out of your account for the tier subscription but it’s been two days now still haven’t received the advance I was approved for and no way to contact support and actually get through to someone

I hate this app. I was charge for the subscription fee and I had no money in my account and it made my account negative like I’m trying to also remove my debit card and it’s still showing up on there. The app is so hard customer service is so rude. I want my account to be closed. I don’t wanna wait till I have to pay. This thing is ridiculous and I hate this app.

Great Customer Service
I’ve only had the most professional experience with Vola throughout the years, compared to other money-cash apps.
Withdrawing from unauthorized checking account
I have set up one bank account and debit card since having a Vola account. I recently opened a new checking account and NEVER shared this information with Vola, only linked my old and new checking accounts to one another. Somehow, the new account was then debited by Vola. For a full month I have asked for an explanation as to how they’ve debited from an unauthorized account and received no answer. Two associates hung up on me after verifying the accounts on file, none of which are my new checking account that they do not have authorization to debit from. I’ve received an email from associates Gabby and Sam that completely disregard my request for this information. I have contacted the BBB and FTC. As stated in my final request to Vola, if this cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will continue to seek legal counsel.
Update 7/6/26: a Vola rep, John, has emailed me and completely disregarded my question. Still no answer as to how a card I did not put on file is being debited.

I applied for the advanced so I can have a little bit more money for car insurance I was sketchy that after I paid the subscription plan I wasn’t going to get the advanced but I trusted them and I won’t be deleting this app I recommend it to all you guys just be sure to pay it back on time because they where their for you on your time !

Do NOT get this app
I took a 15 dollar cash advance out and I payed it back waited the 5 day cool off period and then it said insufficient funds for the reason why my advance was “not paid back”. I have proof that they charged my account for that 15 dollar advance and now they want me to pay it again before I can even cancel my subscription. So now they are gonna charge me again for it and I am going to tell everyone NOT to use this app! They are scammers and will not help you!
