Predatory
This app charged me $17.99 for an account that I had cancelled service on. I reached out to customer service and after almost a week they responded that they would not refund the $17.99 fee but going forward I won’t be charged again. Mind you once you cancel your account you no longer have access to the platform nor can you get any loans so essentially I am paying for nothing. At the end of the day I paid $35.98 to borrow $120 for a company to steal $17.99 from customers who are obviously struggling financially is not a company I want any part of and I hope a class action lawsuit ensues.

This app is very helpful and reasonable when a little help is needed. Paying back is very flexible.

I used the cash advance and repaid it within 5 days. Then when I went to borrow again, Vola app said I have to wait until 6/24/2026. I was offered $90 a week ago, now I’m offered only $50. Makes no sense. And why am I paying a for a service that has unpredictable limits?

Insane Scam and Fraud
I used their service once to get a quick advance, which requires a subscription to their plan to acquire. I did both, paid them for the service as well as the cash advance, finished paying both in full, yet 2 weeks later after I’ve already deactivated my account and asked them to remove my data, they continue to charge my bank account for the subscription I no longer have or even can access. I don’t have an account with them nor the app anymore, yet they’re stealing money from my bank account using my debit card, and their support is unresponsive when I message them. Please report this company as they are a huge fraudulent scam.
