I do not like how you cannot request an advance after you have paid it back. I only requested 2 advances and paid them back each time before the month was even over now its saying I met my limit and cant request another advance until August 29th But I am still being charged the monthly fee.

It told me I got approved for an advance, and whe I went to pay for the subscription it wouldn’t even let me add my SECURE BANK CARD…… waste of space

This app charged me $17.99 for an account that I had cancelled service on. I reached out to customer service and after almost a week they responded that they would not refund the $17.99 fee but going forward I won’t be charged again. Mind you once you cancel your account you no longer have access to the platform nor can you get any loans so essentially I am paying for nothing. At the end of the day I paid $35.98 to borrow $120 for a company to steal $17.99 from customers who are obviously struggling financially is not a company I want any part of and I hope a class action lawsuit ensues.
