Too many updates
It’s so annoying that almost every week I have to download the newest update I am sickkkk of your updates and how much space the app takes also they used to give discounts for certain groups and now it’s a freaking joke we all get the same prices no matter what you sacrifice
Annual pass Volaris
I’m giving Volaris 1 star because their Annual Pass is extremely misleading. One of the main reasons people buy it is to save money on flights, but on popular routes—especially Guadalajara (GDL) to San Antonio (SAT)—Volaris only makes a very limited number of seats available for Annual Pass holders.
Even worse, there are times when they don’t open any Annual Pass seats at all. And when they do, you’re forced to log in around 3:00 a.m. the moment the booking window opens just to have a chance of getting one before they disappear.
Once those few seats are gone, Volaris charges excessively high fares for the exact same route, making the Annual Pass almost worthless. It feels like they intentionally restrict availability on high-demand routes while continuing to advertise the benefits of the pass.
If Volaris is going to sell an Annual Pass, they should provide reasonable availability on the routes people actually use. Otherwise, customers are paying for a benefit they can rarely—or sometimes never—take advantage of. I would not recommend purchasing the Annual Pass unless Volaris significantly improves seat availability and transparency.

App only works sometimes. I have the annual pass and for the last 3 days I been try to book a flight loging in at midnight and says no flights available. When I log in normally it shows 8 seats available. Just paid $536 one way trip that would have been $120 with the anual pass. Bunch of crooks

Entiendo y reconozco que tienen buenos precios de vuelos. Pero no dar, agua durante el vuelo, creo demuestran la calidad de pobreza.

Gran decepción
Tuve un vuelo Houston - Puebla y la verdad muy mal servicio, además de que ofrece un precio y al final le van aumentando tanta cosa que terminas pagando más de lo que esperabas. Hablé por teléfono varias veces y no tienen gente capacitada para el puesto, el primero que me contestó me decía que no había vuelos para Puebla y yo ya tenía el vuelo comprado, le colgué y volví a llamar ahora me contesta una mujer y me dice que se cancelará mi vuelo pero que pague cierto cambio y no pasa nada, le dije eso es un abuso y me dijo pague y después se puede quejar. Pedí hablar con el manager y jamás me comunico con el, me decía le va a decir lo mismo que yo. La verdad no recomiendo para nada esa aereolinea. Eso fue solo cuando me fui el regreso estuvo peor.

Forces me to scan documents
I can’t manually input documents I have to scan them while having to do all of my family’s. Huge inconvenience my older family members can’t do this themselves.

App glitched and paid $90
I was checking in and I was checking the price on a couple of seats. The app glitched and when I tried to check in, there was a mandatory $90 payment. I called and asked what that’s about and apparently I was forced to pay the seats. I was told if I didn’t, my flight would be cancelled and there would be no refund. I ended up paying the seats and I tried to check in again. Got a message that I need to check in at the kiosk in the airport.

Very hard to check in
I’m a dual citizen, so there is no option to check in that way. It forces me to pay extra and request a refund later. Also, app very unresponsive and unreliable. Other apps work smoothly, so, it’s not internet /data connectivity issues.
