Very bad UI both on web and mobile
Abruptly closes without any further process vexed up with the mobile and web portal one of the worst User interface

Worst app and worst service. Their app will crash everytime users try to do anything and their claim settle ration is close to zero and they always end up asking multiple questions and yet say document insufficient
Very bad UI on both web and mobile app
App keeps logging me out. Doesn't allow sign in simultaneously in multiple device like it is top secret financial app. Claim submission categories are limited and lab tests claims always get rejected under OPD category (there is no other category for them)
Plum is a much better option. Even bajaj health is better app than this. Don't recommend to any enterprise company.

Just for time pass you guys release this app, you people don’t even care about what pain costumers are facing. Worst work. Zero quality product. You should be punished.

Error Unauthorised Access
Do you guys really care about your customers what problem they’re facing after first successful login. Not even bother to fix issue after multiple user reviews. On second login we’re facing unauthorised access error.
Issue with app after login
After login to app it will work properly but next time it will throw error unauthorised access not even able to logout or anything need to uninstall again and again please fix asap
