I stayed in the app for about 6.5 hours to make sure I wasn’t crazy. It notifies me about 15 times a day but once
You go to the offer it says it’s already accepted. How is this possible while I’m in the app and still see nothing? This didn’t start happening until after my onboarding. SMH a waste of time and effort!

In the app the was not enough details of the order, i only have the order number and the stuff at pollo tropical needed a name of the person who made the order and i couldn’t provide it.

Meals now offer are 100% controlled by bots all the high paying offers don’t even appear!!!!!!!
Confusing but ok
I had problems logging in and when I contacted VROMO they was like contact the company you work with. I think when people partner up with other people they should be able to help the drivers on both sides not just one. Because there getting paid to not help if we need help and were using there app.

No sounds for alerts
I am not receiving any sounds when the notifications go off. I have an iPhone 16 plus. I’ve checked settings on my phone, in the app, and nothing seems to be working. I deleted and re-downloaded only to have the same issue still. It’s kind of hard to catch an offer when I don’t hear any notifications. I’m not gonna sit there staring at my phone all day just to get an order. Please help fix this.
