I have received 20 offers since starting with this app. I have seen zero of them. It sends out a notification and when you hit the notification to go see the offer, the message states the order was accepted or retracted. Are people using bots to accept offers?
They need to figure out a way for all of their drivers to see an offer. Otherwise this app is useless for me. Perhaps sending out offers at the top of the hour for the corresponding hour the next day? At least then, drivers would have an idea as to when they could see an order

App needs help
Far away jobs 25$ and when you have an offer it is gone in the wind. Never get a chance to see it. I know meals now has their favorite drivers and pay much higher. Ok what ever how do you expect a new employee to make any money when your job output is horrible? Can’t see them can’t accept them .. oh they only sit there if it is in another county far far away …. No thank you ….

App is confusing.
As a first time user I didn’t know where to go to find communication and how many photos to take either in the app or just in my phone. Didn’t know I could only take one drop off photo. Didn’t know a signature was going to be required, so I had to go back inside once I dropped off. The app is not smooth

Really don’t care for the app blast where it’s just grab and go. I like it when you send me one and I’ll tell you whether I can do it or not. But every company is different, so I will adjust.
For Meals Now; Offers Pop Up And Then Disappear In A Split Second
Was really excited to do deliveries for meals now after being on a waitlist. So when I started to see offers come up on the app I was confused as to why I wasn’t hearing a tone like other delivery apps.
But the worst part is that the offer comes up and then disappears in a split second.
So I’m just tap blasting to get an offer. If I get one I later see that it’s not worth it so I have to release it. Due to the fact that I can’t preview it before it before I can read it and/or it disappears.
I’m averaging about 1/50 offers. About to move on to other opportunities.

A little confusion
First time ever using this app and I was a little confused when I arrive for my delivery. I thought I had to be there by 11:25am and have everything set up by 11:40 AM. What it wants you to do is when you get to the drop off have the set up take your picture by that time. So I now understand it now for future orders and I won’t be late as I was for this order, taking the pictures. But other than that, it’s a great app.
