Miss type your password three times, you’re locked out. Let’s just think for a second about what that means for your emergency bedside ultrasound. It’s not gunna happen. Don’t worry there is a guest mode. Just kidding if you press guest mode during your emergency bedside ultrasound, it tells you to log in to the registered account that you are locked out of. Let’s say you want to reach out. No one is responsible for the software that you will be able to contact. This software will absolutely kill people. Get the butterfly.

The app has so many glitches, I haven’t even been able to successfully use it. Seriously considering returning the probe and going with another brand. So disappointing

Great product and customer service. Had, what I suspect, a software complication with registering device with the app. Called customer and issue was fixed within a 24 hour timeframe.
