Great App
Great app and it was easy to navigate and pay for a month ticket!
Inaccurate and outdated
This app rarely ever updates to reflect closures. It makes it impossible to plan out a trip anywhere from Stuttgart and often provides untrue information. It also is barely worked on to make it more user friendly and I and others are often unable to pay for tickets through the app, which is frustrating because many train stops require that you buy the ticket through here if you do not want to risk getting caught and paying a 60 euro fine.

Spent 15 min and the app won’t accept any of 3 credit cards. Keeps cycling through poorly designed screens when trying to pay. Please demo apps before releasing them.

Wir wollten Karten kaufen und ich konnte weder den Warenvorrats sehen noch direkt mit meinem Fingerabdruck bezahlen!
Ich wurde zum Login weitergeleitet (obwohl ich mich seid Jahren noch nie abgemeldet habe) aber der Button zum Login konnte man nicht klicken weder auswählen!
Nach Neustart und erneutem Versuch immer noch nichts.
In den Einstellungen gibt es nichts zum Profil und ein bzw ausloggen gibt es nicht
Bitte helfen sie mir mit dem Problem.

Utterly useless
Complicated sign up takes forever. Tried three credit cards, none would work. Had to enter them manually, because entering the security code after scanning is broken as well.
No Platform Indication
This app does not indicate which platform to take, which is everyone’s very basic yet important need! I took the wrong train today because if this. 1 star!
Debit card not working
Great for routes and outage notifications. Don’t try to buy a ticket via this app. Use DB Navigator to purchase!
Payment processing is fatal flaw
The concept and planning component is great. The app is completely let down by the payment processing. I am unable to register any accounts or cards and support has been entirely useless. A quick google search shows this is a recurring and common theme.
poor service
i was very disappointed, the ticket machine at the station didn’t accept my card so i was hoping this app would help me, but as i went to put in my bank data i couldn’t set the correct dob so it was not possible to purchase any tickets.

This would be super convenient except I cannot get my debit card or credit card to work. I wish there was a way to speak to someone but I can’t find any support.

Great app for info but do not really on it to buy things. If you live in Stuttgart there better ways of paying than this app but for the info it is great! Side note: Glitches a bit but not often

Cannot get my bank card to load successfully. Many, many others have this issue too. Disappointing.
Good app when it works
Use this app all the time and it won't open the past days. Would be nice if you coup put multiple tickets into a shopping cart and have one transaction rather ham having to buy adult and kids tickets separately. When it works it's very useful!
Great app for visitors
This is a life saver of an app for any visitor to Stuttgart and the surrounding area. Super easy to use, times are accurate and the live map is helpful. 5 stars from me 😀

This is the most useful app I've ever had!
Bad update
I use this daily and rely on it to go and come from school. This las update wont allow it to open! I need the app. Please fix asap
