Not Able to Login to Vybe
After successful login as current bpi account owner/online user, i am still unable to use vybe app. It just keeps on showing unable to process request even after input of correct otp pin sent to my registered USA mobile number.
Doesn't Support International Number
I don’t understand why this app is required just to check or claim rewards points. I called the hotline to update my number to my international number, and they told me it only supports domestic numbers. So now I’m locked out and can’t even access my own points.
What’s the point of forcing users onto an app that many can’t even use? Removing the online option to check points makes it worse. This isn’t convenience. It’s poor design and a frustrating experience.

My bpi points did not reflect on the app
I'm currently in the US and i've been using my bpi gold credit card for hotel purchase and shopping, however when I logged in to this app to view my points it was ZERO!!! Useless "BPI points" I didn't even receive any when I spent that much!!
Trash App
Downloaded this trash app but I cannot see my rewards. It says “no rewards.” Now I tried checking it again hut the app cannot be opened. The total rewards should always show in the credit card billing statement.

Causes the phone to crash
When navigating back from the My Rewards section, then to home, app causes iPhone to crash and lock. Pls fix
Never had success using the app
Why make a separate app when existing ones work. I wanted to know my bpi credit card rewards points since it is no longer reflected in my billing statement. I tried to login using my exisint bpi login and used thr pin sent to my registered phone. However, this vybe app showed an error messsage “Sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.” Mind you i have this error message so many times. I have never been able to successfully login nor use the app. Also the “contact us” from the bpi or vybe app does not have any choice to select vybe related issue in the menu.

Unfortunately, this app does not work as intended. It was recommended to us by you guys, but ongoing technical issues make it unusable. Needs significant improvement

I tried to login so many times, encode my mpin, it says invalid account. Try to forgot mpin, but no otp was sent to my registered number.

Unable to login - Error after OTP
This app is useless. If you don’t want to give rewards, just don’t! You just made your clients furious of using this app when it’s too buggy and always throw an error after inputting the OTP. After trying multiple times, i’ve just deleted this app. It’s a waste of time!

Sakit sa ulo mag log in sa app na ito. Mas mahirap pa sa actual na BPI app considering na rewards app lang naman yata ito. Kaya pala ang baba ng rating. Dapat negative star rating ito, useless.

i tried to set it up to use, i got as far as mpin and accepting t&c and that was the end. couldn’t go further than that.
so disappointing for a storied bank 🤣 maybe wait a few more years? not a filipino tradition to be efficient.
