notifications settings wiped
after the latest updates, my notifactions settings were wipe and i did not receive any alerts about an overdraft. they charged me over $200 in fees. i was on vacation and had no idea there was even an issue. and now im having an awful time trying to get these charges reversed. it’s about enough to make me want to leave this bank.

Antiquated confusing technology
Their new app feels like they bought someone’s second. Their old app felt like they were letting some college kids beta test at building for them.
Edit, now they would like me to call them, to tell them more about what is wrong. It would seem that they may find their answer in their own logic.

Unacceptable
This is just ridiculous; simply unacceptable! There’s one update after another and each brings new issues. It’s made me change my password twice in less than a week, and still won’t accept my password; making the app not just annoying, but absolutely useless! Time to find another bank.

Terrible app and costumer service
Made and account and it’s been taking up to 3 days to even open it when it’s finally opened they’re having issues “on their end” when I tried to log on , just a waste of time and money since they charge you $25 to open an account , I’d suggest a different option even Wells Fargo is better
Update screw up app already set up
Last update deleted my face id log in set up, the code took a while to arrived and then blocked me, and now i need to call customer service

It’s a Banking App. What more can I say.
There’s update after update. Most of the time, it’s fine. But some things are just not great. The bugs aren’t as prominent as they used to be, but things get moved around, or things are redundant. Also, my biggest gripe is money going in and out. If it’s drawn out of your account, can it show a minus and be in red? And if money is added to your account, can it show a plus and be in green? That just makes sense. What it is now is just silly. Other than that, it’s fine. It’s not perfect, but it’s a banking app. It does the job.

Finally a banking app that just works! Fast, easy and simple to use. Love adding my other accounts too so I can see my AmEx balances without having to change apps. A bank that actually cares. Thank you!

I’m switching banks.
The mobile app as well as the browser website are always crashing, glitching, or so slow that they eventually have to restart. This is the worst banking app I’ve ever seen, and worst app in general that I’ve ever had to use. Completely useless and makes day-to-day like exponentially harder.

I was on phone with WFED discussing lost card with app open and looking for the last charges. Pop up came on asking if I was still there. I responded with Yes, need more time! I was signed out anyway! TWICE, this happened!!
Slow, clunky, unreliable
This app continues to be slow and unreliable on an iPad. Sure hope they fix it someday.
Problems
I cannot get the app to work on my iPhone. It used to work! Deleted app and reinstalled….same thing, just a blank very dark green screen. Frustrating! Same thing on my iPad. I wanted to do a mobile deposit. Suggestions?
Does not update daily
I have had transactions for a week and the app does not update my account. Checks, payments and deposits have not been posted for a while, what good is that? I don’t have my actual account balance when I need it.
Terrible
I’ve tried for several months on my iPhone and also on my husbands android and both can’t open the app on either. They both pop up saying error. Terrible. No updates available and deleting the app to reinstall didn’t work.
