This app is remedial
As mentioned above, this app is very remedial compared to others, you should look into Hyundai’s system and their capabilities. Very arctic in this day and age, and for the price an individual has to pay.
Apple Watch app sucks

Update: Locked out using this app. Had to call customer service, dumpster fire.
This app is slow and a complete waste of time. After opening it, it takes over 30seconds for the app to become available. Low programmability. Its not enough to have face id, also makes you punch in a pin every time you send a command. 👎

Love the app but too bad my brand new Grand Wagoneer already has issues. Rear AC does not work!
Slow and shows very little
Doesn’t show if the car is still started, no stats on the actual car, rarely works to even start it or locate it. Very rarely works as well.
Works great when it works
App logs out constantly and takes several tries to login when using correct password. Once logged in app works great but getting logged in is the challenge.
Doesn’t work half the time
The sales rep told me when I was buying the car that I could start my car from New York. I can’t start my car from my office. The app is so buggy it’s pretty much useless. I live in an area with a good reception and I can’t unlock my car from my house. Going from a Tesla to this is a kick to the balls

Great proportions, no power mirrors!
My hauler Wagoneer fits the extended family perfectly. It’s performed well but has had a couple of issues with the fuel system and entertainment system. My Jeep service manager is fantastic and takes great care of me. Still can’t understand the stupidity of designing a Wagoneer that so large - but wanted me to spend $15K more to get folding side mirror. Old management almost killed the brand but I’m really optimistic about what a totally refreshed Wagoneer will include in a couple of years.

App is slow. Takes forever to do anything.
Lacks/limits abilities that other brands have
Keep in mind this is a PAID service. Other brands all the same options and abilities are FREE. So even if the service was free, it lacks options that other vehicles like my Ford had. Cant both remote start and unlock my doors so that I can start the car and let someone in. Cant roll down windows. Can’t set a temperature that I want my car to be when I arrive, in fact the car wont even turn on AC unless it’s outside of the preset temps set by Jeep which renders the remote start option basically useless in California since why else to you remote start unless to temperature regulate prior to getting to your car. Just overall limiting for an app. It’s stuck in the past. And is basically an extended key fob. And to make things worse it’s a paid service, and in my opinion, shouldn’t be.

Use it daily . I like the app. Does its purpose
Good for the basics, but needs more "Luxury" features
The app is decent for everyday basics like remote start and checking fuel levels, which usually work without a hitch. However, for a premium vehicle, the app feels a bit stripped down. It really lacks a comprehensive service history log and the ability to book maintenance appointments directly. Adding those would make it a much more useful tool for owners

100k miles
Rocky start in the beginning with this vehicle after working out some of these software glitches and updates and axle issues vehicle has proven to be a true road warrior. I received this vehicle brand new in August 2023 and as of April 2026 six I have 100,000 miles and hope I make it to 400,000 miles with no other issues other than basic manufactur maintenance. I hope they made this vehicle to last!
