Very often the app won’t actually start my 2026 Wagoneer. I find it buggy with its other functions
Find me a dealer that can fix my truck so I don’t have to sell it. I love my grand Wagoneer.
My stereo system and it loses sound and I can’t talk on the phone who do I go to get this car fixed otherwise I gotta get a new car because I can’t handle this anymore The app is the only thing that works right on it. I love our purple Jeep. We have a wrangler. Rubicon. I want to get a new car, but I don’t know what to get.

Very convenient!!!

The app is great and easy to use. The only issue and complaint I have is it takes longer to remote into or remote start the vehicle than it does grabbing your keys and going. It seems to load forever before allowing us into the vehicle.

The app works great, better than the car itself unfortunately! The last issue I had with this vehicle was last week just a random Tuesday when the vehicle wouldn’t stop… brakes went out with myself and 3 children in the car. If you want a vehicle that has electrical issues and willing to risk the safety of yourself and family then the Jeep wagoner is the right vehicle for you!!

This app is remedial
As mentioned above, this app is very remedial compared to others, you should look into Hyundai’s system and their capabilities. Very arctic in this day and age, and for the price an individual has to pay.
Apple Watch app sucks
The Apple Watch will not work with the phone that’s a big disappointment

Update: Locked out using this app. Had to call customer service, dumpster fire.
This app is slow and a complete waste of time. After opening it, it takes over 30seconds for the app to become available. Low programmability. Its not enough to have face id, also makes you punch in a pin every time you send a command. 👎

Love the app but too bad my brand new Grand Wagoneer already has issues. Rear AC does not work!
Slow and shows very little
Doesn’t show if the car is still started, no stats on the actual car, rarely works to even start it or locate it. Very rarely works as well.
Works great when it works
App logs out constantly and takes several tries to login when using correct password. Once logged in app works great but getting logged in is the challenge.
Doesn’t work half the time
The sales rep told me when I was buying the car that I could start my car from New York. I can’t start my car from my office. The app is so buggy it’s pretty much useless. I live in an area with a good reception and I can’t unlock my car from my house. Going from a Tesla to this is a kick to the balls
